The Organizational Leadership and Development Quarterly (OLDQ) is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access publication by the Centre for Organization Leadership and Development (COLD). The OLDQ aims at encouraging theoretical and applied research in the field of organization leadership and development, promoting insightful exchange of ideas between science and practice. In addition to original theoretical and empirical work, excellent state of the art contributions will also be considered. 
OLDQ focuses on the following topics: Organization Leadership; Organization Development; Corporate Governance; Human Resource Management; Organization Change Management; Strategic Management; Financial Management; Innovation; Operations Management.
The OLDQ provides an academic platform for professionals and researchers to contribute innovative work in the field. OLDQ carries original and full-length articles that reflect the latest research and developments in both theoretical and practical aspects of organization leadership and development.
