Conditions for publication in the journal

1- The journal is open to all research in all thematic issues of legal and political sciences.

2- Researchers are required by the objectivity and originality of discourse, to refrain from offending or disgracing religious and cultural sensibilities and from any behavior prejudicial to scientific research, to observe scientific integrity and to respect intellectual property rights.

3- The researcher must hold, at least, a postgraduate degree or be enrolled in doctoral studies. He / She must attach to his draft article a short biography, not exceeding a single page with his name and surname written in the same language of the draft article and in another of the three languages ​​of publication of the journal, as well as his/her email, scientific rank, and affiliation.

4- The article represents the opinion of its author and does not in any way reflect the opinion of the journal.

5- Contributions only commit their authors and express only their personal views and not necessarily the position of the journal.

6- The draft article proposed for the review must not be already published or submitted to another review. The researcher undertakes not to submit his article published in the review ‘Elbahethe’ to another journal, in Algeria or abroad, without the prior permission of the journal.

7- The draft article must not be part of a dissertation a thesis or any publication of the author.

8- The contribution must be sent to the journal via its electronic mail in the form of a 'Microsoft Word' file, taking into account a very precise linguistic revision of the writing and using, for contributions in Arabic, the font 'Simplified Arabic ', size 16 for the text and 11 for the notes and, for contributions in foreign languages, the font' Times New Roman ', size 12 for the text and 10 for the notes.

9- The researcher must attach a summary of his/her research which does not exceed 200 words in Arabic and English, when the research is written in Arabic or English, and in the three languages ​​of publication when his/her article is written in French, including no more than five (5) keywords.

10- The search should not exceed 25 pages.

11- The researcher is required to respect the university ethics and professional conduct charter.
