Allah has blessed the human beings with countless blessings, among these; the two most important are life and Quran. To be thankful for these blessings is compulsory, however, it is to be mentioned with regret that we are unaware of this obligation. Life that is not passed in accordance with the defined pattern and stipulations of Quran is a non Quranic pattern of life. Today Muslims have lost dignity by putting aside the Quranic teachings. What is Quranic pattern of life? To know it one has to dive into the sea of Quran and then need to find pearls and shells by pondering and considering on we can unveil the secrets of the universe. Non Quranic pattern of life is not the guarantee of success, rather it is a disgrace in both the worlds. If life is to set on Quranic pattern then one understand Quran well. To deny useless deeds, false beliefs and civilization of human beings are the objectives of Quranic study. ALLAH also wants the same from Believers. Quran is the mentor of all worldly knowledge. All other disciplines are derived from it and all are dependent on the Quran. Therefore it is necessary to have a purposed life and to come out of purposeless life. Once the pattern is according to Quran, all the disappointments and worries of life would end gradually. Life in the light of ALLAH’s orders is a guaranteed peaceful, blessed and eternal successful. What actions come under Quranic pattern of life and which life goes out of its vicinity, this would be discussed in detail in this article.

Abstract In the contemporary world whereas the family life is facing so many problems rather there is most important issue and that is the family life which is breaking rapidly. From the last two decades the trend of broken families has grown up to a dangerous level. This situation creates many problems for divorced women in Pakistan. Whereas the social problems are full of countless bitters for women and her families and the legislative problems are full of economical, social, physical, psychological and emotional stress. This situation becomes unforgettable and the worst tragedy of life. The struggle of divorcee for survival their rights becomes an uncompensated sin or crime which is an extremely painful process. In this paper the legislative problems of divorced women will be presented according to the statistics which have been collected from the divorced women.

Abstract Islam is a complete code of life and provides the rights to every class of the human beings. Women rights is a kind of such basic rights which were not bothered in the world but Islam provided it to this gender in its ancient age. So many enactments have been made in Pakistan at federal and provincial level. “Punjab Protection of Women Against Violence Act 2016” will be main study of this research article in which. This act was passed rapidly without any detailed discussion on it, so is the reason that it bears so may deficiencies in it. Implementation of this act will surely cause to create the internal problems in family life and will destroy the family system of the era. Some provisions of this act are repugnant to Islamic teachings as well as to ethical norms which make the husband helpless, notorious and such sinful and criminal person who has no right of honor and respect in the society and this will become a permanent document of dishonor which will affect his person as well as his whole family. These main points of this Act will be analyzed in sharia perspective in this research paper.

Abstract The Muslims of today are overwhelmed and subjugated all over the world due to the bad intensions of colonizers. They are now called the oppressed people in the world.Especially the Muslims of Palestine are the main target of these colonialists, as Palestine is the controversial issue between the Muslims, Christians and Jews. It is the holy and sacred place for all of them. The Jews consider this place as their birthright and also due to their political and social self-interests they always tried to get their hold there by the oppression of Palestinian Muslims. The illegal Israeli (jews) state in Jerusalem is constantly oppressing the Muslims of Palestine. Due to this oppression these Palestinian Muslims are also called the oppressed people in the world.Today this problem of oppression in Palestine is more surpassing. Israeli (jews) people are persistently killing and forcing the muslims to leave this country. Palestinians are now immigrants and seekinf refuge from different countries but unhappily they are also in trouble and in pathetic condition.They are just helpless and even deprived of their basic rights.keeping in view this scenario, in this article a brief review is given about the history and the present situation of oppression on Palestinian Muslims.

Abstract The purpose of this research paper is to identify the relationship between Globalization and Translation, and to discuss the impact of Globalization on Translation. Globalization has different meanings to different scholars but the common theme that may be derived from different definitions is to make global or worldwide in scope or application. Keeping in view the context of Translation Studies (TS) it is mentioned that Globalization means “to make source texts global or worldwide in understanding or application, where application refers to the teaching and/ learning about different cultures” This paper also indicates to various kinds of globalization. However the impact of Globalization on Translation was highlighted to make the point that globalization does not only impact on translation, but it has impact on the lives of translators and their jobs in addition to language translation services in various fields of translation including media , medical and legal field. It formulates an attempt to understand the significance of translation in a global context. The conclusion answered the question: Is globalization has positive and negative impact on translation?

9 Interfaith Marriages in Islam: A Case Study of Christian Wives of Muslim Rulers   , Koser Perveen & Prof. Dr. Muhammad Sultan Shah
Abstract Religion and marriage are two vital components of an individual’s life. Major world religions have guided human beings not only in theology but also in the matter related to marriage. Islam recognizes the need of its adherents for having matrimonial relationship with the women of the people of scripture in a pluralistic society. It has permitted its males followers for getting married with Christian females and vice versa is not permitted. In history, Muslims have been practicing such interfaith marriages and some of Muslim rulers also availed this relaxation. This paper discusses the marriages of Muslim rulers with Christian ladies enumerating various married couples. Among such rulers are included Umayyads caliphs, Spainish amirs, Ottoman sultans, Mughal emperor and some contemporary rulers. The effects of these interfaith marriages have also been analyzed.

Abstract Force Conversion is adaptation of a different religion or irreligion under duress. Some who have been forced to convert may continue, covertly with the beliefs and practices originally held, while outwardly behaving as converts. At many places the Orientalists put the statement that Islam basic purpose is to establish sovereignty throughout the globe and its primary purport deals with ‘authority’, ‘political’ and ‘economic’ matters for which it also used force for the implementation. Although it is an erroneous statement as Islam’s basic purport is religious, pure and simple; it deals with other social issues. While Islam stressed upon free will and there is no restriction in accepting other religions. As other religions are not in pure form now and Islam is being preserved by Allāh, so it teaches to submit oneself to the Will of Allāh. The early converts to Islam were the Prophet (peace be upon him) close friends Abu Bakr (may Allāh be pleased with her) and his family members in which his faithful wife Khadija (may Allāh be pleased with her), his cousin Ali were on the top, sand his slave Zayed. None of them argued and accepted Islam immediately. Among them Abu Bakr (peace be upon him) enjoyed prominent place among Arabs and with his influence five people accept Islam in which Sa’ad, Zobeir, Talha, Othman and Abd-al-Rahman who were member of prominent families. Abdul Rahman converted four people of his family. Likewise Bilal (may Allāh be pleased with her) was the first slave, ransomed by Abu Bakr (may Allāh be pleased with her). These early converts of Islam were men of piety and dignity

Abstract The Holy Quran is one of the most vibrant fields of knowledge in Islamic SharÄ«’ah because it is the primary source of Islamic Law and teachings. It has many sub-fields and branches of knowledge. One of the most significant fields of the Holy Quran’s knowledge is ‘Ilm al-Qira’at (Science of Qurānic Variants). It means the recitation of Quran in various styles, accents, methodology and approaches. According to deeper Islamic perception of Knowledge the Holy Quran was reveled in seven Ahruf (accents, meanings, phrases and styles).This Knowledge ultimately deals with these styles and methodologies. The wise and faithful companions of the Holy Prophet (pbuh) get more and more expertise under the divine leadership of the Kind Prophet (pbuh). After it the nearest era of the Holy Prophet (pbuh) is the era of TābÄ«’n (Successors of the Companions of the Holy Prophet). They worked hard and get more height and boom in different domains of knowledge of Islamic SharÄ«’ah. They served every field of Islamic sciences and knowledge but emphases on one of them and became (leader) Imam of it. The honorable companions of the Holy prophet (pbuh) which get wisdom and knowledge directly from the Holy Prophet (pbuh) convey and deliver it to the respected Tāb’in and they made it most perfect and productive knowledge of the human history with their hard working and pure intentions . They had deeper knowledge of Quran and Hadith both but some of them had specialization in Qurānic sciences and some had specialization in Hadith and Seerah Studies. Contrary to this, some of them are included in MuhaddÄ«thÄ«n but they had deeper knowledge of TafsÄ«r and Qir’āt studies. This study examines the services and contribution of those MuhddÄ«th TābÄ«’n which have special knowledge of Ilm al-Qira’t (Qurānic Variants) with its skills.

Abstract The idea of less punishment is accepted internationally and very rapid implementation is observed as in various countries the strong punishment like death sentence is avoided. Likewise a slogan of "Love rather than punishment "is implemented within Education Department of Pakistan .The history of last few years proved that the said slogan affected our moral training and education process very badly. As there is no fear of punishment naturally a person diverts towards easiness and ultimately goes towards laziness. To save the nation from this alarming situation, it becomes necessary to obey the teachings of Holy prophet (PBUH) about the training and educating the human being. In these teachings the combination of love and fear is the basic element of the social training. Both of the methods have importance, love creates interest and fear of punishment develops the habit of hard working. This Islamic principle is a universal truth because the success is the result of interest and hardworking of the individuals. Therefore the slogan of "Love rather than punishment must be avoided, as it has negative effects upon the personality. The golden teachings of Holy Prophet (PBUH) which have the positive effects upon the personality and are proved to be the need of the day.

Abstract Reality of Interpretation of Sharya When we analyse the preaching of religion by the Holy Prophets (peace an blessing of Allah be upon them) in the background of history of mankind, we come to know that Allah Almighty offered at least a Shari'ah (a code of social, moral and religious conduct) to every Prophet or bound them to a Shari'ah previousl preached by another Prophet before them. Shari'ah is, in fact, based upon the principles and practices to lead life. There had been at least some differences in the Shari'ah different Prophets with regard to the difference of their time and place. It is a proven fact that the followers of a Prophet had always been bound to follow the Shari'ah of their own Prophets. The Shareeya of the Prophet of Islam (peace and blessing of Allah be upon him) is absolutely consummate in every respect and it also fulfills the needs of all times to come. It is because of the fact that Mujtahidin who kept on resorting to Ijtehad. The topic under consideration is an intellectual research analysis of the efforts of Shaykh Ahmad Sirhindi in the field of Ijtehad in the history of Islam.

Abstract Istishab: It means presumption of continuity. The word "Istishab" also means the continuance of companionship. Technically it means the presumption of constant of an earlier rule or it continued absence. In this sense it means the maintenance of status with respect to the rule. The previous rule is accepted .Unless a new rule is found that goes against. It is an easy reference one may refer to "Istishab-ul-hal" as the "accompanying rule". But the fact is that, Istishab-ul-hal is not a source for establishing new rules, but it is merely a set of presumptions. Istishab has vital importance in Islamic jurisprudence. But the authenticity and Significance of "Istishab" only can prove through arguments therefore decided to arrange a unique and comparative study of ‘Istihab” form Ahil sunnat and Ahil tashyy School of thoughts. So we can prove the rule of Istishab as an authentic and acceptable rule for all Muslim.

The English language is influencing the Arabic language and especially the Arabic media language because of hegemony of western world over the Muslim countries including the Arab countries. The result of this a lot of English words are traveling to Arabic language in various fields like information technology, Political Economics, medical, and educational fields. Obviously, there are various factors which are responsible for the influence of English language on Arabic media language including social, cultural, educational and linguistic.

Abstract Children's Literature” is defined as material written and produced for the information or entertainment of children and young adults. In simple terms, children’s literature comprises texts (novels, short stories, picture books, fairy tales, myths, poems) produced in various formats (print, digital, film, games) for children and young people. The first book for young people was printed in 1484 by William Cakistoon. Maulana Syed Abul Hasan Ali Nadvi was one of the greatest writer and Islamic thinker in the second half of the twentieth century. He wrote many books in Arabic and Urdu, and wrote more than fifty books. He also wrote for children and young adults. Famous of them are: Qasas un Nabiyeen, Searat Khaatam un Nabiyeen, Al Qiraat ur Rashida, Qasas min Altarikh Al Islami and min Alnjoom ilal Arz.
Abstract All ancient and contemporary religions of the world like Buddhism, Zoroastrianism, Judaism, Christianity, Jainism and Islam emphasizes and attempts to uphold the highest moral and ethical values in human society in order to produce discipline and good will. Some of the religions strictly command for proper observance and submission to the laws and cannons", whereas the other religions do not stipulate strict allegiance to its principals, yet they nourish and treat human emotions and direct them for the general good of the society. On the whole, all religions aim at moral and ethical uplift of human beings, to install positivity in them and imbues the spirit of sacrifice, equality, affection, brotherhood and justice in mankind. Thus, these all facts testify that all religions, with some differences of pattern, propagate the message of love, Peace, equality, brotherhood, justice, Harmony and equity in the material age and greed-ridden epoch where individual profits and benefit overwhelm collective cause and general welfare of mankind. What we have done here in this paper is not to establish that one religion is better than the other but to demonstrate that almost all world religions stand for love, peace and harmony. There is no doubt, that all religions preach and advocate positive harmony among human beings but the message of Holy Prophet (SAW) is the only example who gave practical aspect of these theories. However, this paper elaborates this reality by a detailed comparison of Islam and Buddhism.

Abstract In the contemporary era of conspiracy theories and practices through media prejudice, focused scholarship and policy oriented publication, Islam in general and Muslims in specific are being tinted as anti-peace and social prosperity entities. Quran as the primary source of Islamic jurisprudence provides principals for every aspect of society including polity one. This study focuses on basic Quranic injections regarding politics and their role in developing peace in contemporary society. The compatibility of Islam and democracy is one of the hottest debates among researchers of political science are also to be focusedon the study. Applyinghermeneuticsmethod and analyzing thought of key Muslim political thinkers and interpreters, this paper concludes that Quranic injections of polity and state are a vibrant source of developing peace and prosperity in historical perspective and same applicable in contemporary society, but hegemony forces feeling fear of Islamic resurgence state that Islam and democracy are incompatible and these Quranic sources are being used for creating panic in the present world.

It also elaborates the Islamic concept of media, communication and Islamic role and objective of media in an Islamic state. Some Islamic bindings, Islamic limitations and individual and social impact of media has also been discussed in detail. Both the positive and negative aspects of the individual and social impact of media is the main theme of the paper which can be religious, political, ethical and intellectual etc. All the above mentioned topics have been discussed in the light of Seerah of Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم. Some suggestions and recommendations have been discussed at the end of the paper to make reforms in media department through which it may be made more beneficial for the human services.

Abstract Islamic cardinal precepts include seeking benefaction and patronage of other Muslims. Generally, Islamic history is replete with such munificent and generous personages as were ever geared up to serving humanity, yet the golden era of Islamic history excelled in profusion of such noble persons. When we review the aspect of serving mankind in the life history of the reverend Sahaba (the holy prophet’s disciples), we come to know that they had highly remarkable passions for helping, beneficing, supporting and sustaining their relatives, friends as well as the common run. The level of their charity was so great that they felt felicity and prostrated to Allah in gratitude even after giving away their all possessions and belongings for Allah’s sake only. In fact, the motivation behind this generosity was the attainment of pleasing Allah and the obedience and submission to the holy prophet. They had no iota of worldly voracity or avarice. Therefore, they were ever elated over giving away their assets. It is an undeniable fact that the Sahabiyat also sacrificed to great extent uniformly with men. They also endeavored practically for the alleviation of poverty with their affluence. This paper presents the practical manifestations of the economic sustainment of the poor by Sahabiyat.

Abstract Modern social activists through media present Islam’s view about women as an oppressed figure linked to her sexuality through so-called liberalism; her oppression is particularly symbolized by obsessive concern with sex, women’s bodies, the veil, and female isolation. While on factual grounds such mind set and groups have oppressed women by judging their worth as persons based on physical attractiveness. Such modern trends and feministic approaches have turned the image of woman as tool of entertainment or attraction. Those who are convinced by such modern values regard woman‘s status in Islam as inferior on the basis of several issues including; guardianship in marriage, polygamy, divorce right. Unfortunately this horrible disease has crept into Muslim societies in the name of cultural interrelation which is in total disregard for our purity and distinguishing values. The magnitude of women rights in Islam with comparison to feminism has been covered in this brief paper. The first part of the paper gives image of women in western society and bases for initiatives taken for feminism movement in west. Second part of the paper gives a comparison between Islamic approach of women rights and feminism. Third part of the paper describes the view of women liberation and modernity in western society. In fourth part of the paper discussion about women oppression has been presented .In fifth part Islamic view of women rights has been given through Quranic verses and references which is followed by findings and conclusion of the whole discussion. Every person of the society has certain duties and functions to perform in accordance with his or her natureÛ” Therefore Islam acknowledges, preserves and protects the rights and roles of both men and women for a peaceful family environment and productive, progressive and conflict free society.

Abstract This study critically examines the scientific, logical and civilizational aspects of the challenge of atheism and proposes how to combat this problem in the light of Islamic teachings. Twentieth century is peculiar in promoting atheism, agnosticism and skepticism. Contemporary modern scientific approach has also contributed towards the negation of the existence of God. Although our universe provokes our thoughts for the exploration of the ultimate reality yet most of us take it for granted and do not stare and care. Atheism is rapidly expanding trend in universities. Pakistani universities are not exception to it. This paper explains the scientific, logical, psychological, intuitive and spiritual arguments for the existence of God in the light of Islamic teachings.

Abstract Ethics and economy positively correlate with each other. Islam has a strong relation with both economy and ethics. The current paper studies the seerah of the Holy Prophet (SAW) to know how in the contemporary age his teachings can provide solutions regarding the issues related to economy. It is argued that he proved through his character and teachings that by adopting the economic and moral system of Islam, one can spend a good moral and prosperous life.Moreover, a careful study of his Sunnah also suggests that one cannot get success in his economic life without building a good moral character. Abstract The History revealed the fact that merchants played a very prominent and vital role in spreading the religion of Islam. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) remained one of the popular merchants of his time in the Arabian Peninsula. Similarly, the same profession was also adopted by the Prophet’s companions and they propagated the message of Islam almost in every corner of the world being a core mission of their lives. The number of Islamic countries on the world’s map witness their efforts in this regard. There are numerous sayings of the Prophet (PBUH) in which he praised the honest and truthful traders and cautioned with serious wrath for the otherwise. Keeping in view the contemporary scenario of corporate world, one can easily observe the lacking of professional and ethical values among the merchants more specifically concerned with commercialization and marketing. In fact, marketing is one of the sound sources to promote business but some companies try to exploit their consumers via fake commercialization and false advertising. Pakistan, being an Islamic country, has to devise such principles and regulations regarding commercial advertising which are in full conformity with Shariah standards that will definitely, secure the rights of all stakeholders along with fine attraction for foreign investment to put the economy on growing direction. Preamble deals with importance of the topic, reasons for the selection of this topic, the research riproblem, objectives of the research, literature review, its limitation and its research methodology. Main themes are the diplomatic relations of Muslims with main four believers which are Jews, Christians, margins polytheists. These relations have duel dimensions in their relation to Muslims, i.e. before and after their conversion to Islam. Abstract Allah Almighty sent the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) with the message of Islam to take the humankind out of darkness into the light guidance. Translation plays an effective role to disseminate the divine message and the teaching of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) to the humankind in various languages. Translating Seerah Nabviah is a challenging job. Only those scholars who have sufficient knowledge about the terminologies relating to hadith studies in addition to other translation skills can carry out the translating process for Hadith’s text.This research paper primarily discusses the importance of translation to disseminate the teachings of Seerah Nabviah to the humankind. It also focuses on the answer of the question about the legitimacy of the translation of Seerah Nabviah through some arguments based on the Quranic verses, Hadiths and Juristic laws. In addition to that, it highlights various challenges and problems facing translators while translating the text of Hadith. It also deliberates some rules and mechanisms to deal with these challenges indicating tosome adequate solutions for rendering the text of Hadith. It mentions some reasons that cause occurring mistakes while translating the text of Hadith. It contains some recommendations and suggestions by mentioning some mechanisms at individual and collective level for taking initiatives towards the translating process for Hadith’s text.

ABSTRACT Islam recognizes the status and respect of other faiths and communities for socioeconomic and sociopolitical development . Therefore, the kind Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلمwas the first ever personality in the human history who accepted the identity of other faiths and involved them in state affairs of the city state of MadÄ«nah in 610 CE/1AH. The citizens of the first Islamic State including Jews, Christians and Polytheists were treated as equal and respected citizens. The door of discussion and mutual cooperation were opened for all faiths and communities of the society. For that purpose, the Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم set out some special parameters and principles of dialogue and interaction with other faiths. These principles may be freedom of religion, mutual respect and cooperation, interfaith tolerance, focus on common issues, active participation in state and social activities etc. The history is eye witness of this conduct that Muslim rulers and public care these principles and promote them in all ages of the Muslim governance. However due to some reason modern era have been observed of not being compatible with minorities in east as well as in the west. Categorically, they are having encounters with many difficulties, challenges and issues for security, rights and peaceful coexistence in all over the world. In the makki period, Muslims were in minority and they had to face a lot of religious, social, economic and political issues in their lives. Now a days, in modern world majority of Muslims lives in western and non.muslim societies and have to spend their lives as minority in that socities.In a state of minority, they have to face a lot of religious, social and economical issues in their lives. These problems can be solved in the light of seerah especially from the teachings of makki period, it can provide a lot of religious solutions in contemporary societies in a better way. Abstract Born to a Muslim family in Kufa, Abu Hanifah (RH) is known to have travelled to the Hejaz region of Arabia in his youth, where he studied under the most renowned teachers of Makkah and Medina . Due to his wisdom and knowledge, he is also considered a renowned Islamic scholar. A question arises that why he has a distinguished name in Islamic history. Firstly, he travelled a lot for the sake of knowledge. He started to travel since 94 A.H but from 104 A.H , he had a consistent travelling to quench his thirst for knowledge. Secondly , he did hi level best to spread this knowledge to others .Even he had devoted his complete life for the sake of it.Amongst Imam Abu Hanifah's teachers was Hammad ibn Sulayman, he joined his circle at the age of 22, having already become a well-known debater and studied with this great teacher until the latter's death, where upon he took over his ‘’majlis’’ (circle) at the age of forty.Many well-known scholars admire and praise Imam Abu Hanifah’s services like Imam as-Shafi (RH) is recorded to have stated: "All men of fiqh are Abu Hanifah's children," "...I would not have acquired anything of knowledge had it not been for my teacher”.

All teachings of the Prophet (blessings and peace be upon him) are contrary to any kind of extremism, radicalization and terrorism. Although the Prophet (blessings and peace be upon him) and his Companions faced injustice, persecution and terrorism directly by the disbelievers of Mecca and were forced to leave their homeland, yet, they always treated very peacefully and never demonstrated any kind of extremism. When the Prophet (blessings and peace be upon him) established the first state of Islam in Medina, it faced many atrocities and conspiracies by its enemies, but Muslims never chose the path of injustice and terrorism even against its worst enemies. Muslims always preferred peace treaties and covenants with everyone, so that people can live peacefully. The life of the Prophet (blessings and peace be upon him) is a practical model of moderation, integration and harmony. In this article, we will shed light on the religious view of international terrorism in the light of the Prophet’s biography. Starting with the detailed definition of terrorism, we will discuss this word from a political perspective also. Then we will move towards the international scenario and would point out that how some countries are committing the phenomenon of terrorism to achieve their goals. In the end, we will give some examples from the Prophet’s biography to address the phenomenon of terrorism, extremism, and to establish the atmosphere of tolerance and harmony. We will also discuss that how Islamic state faced international terrorism by Meccans and some tribes, and how Muslims countered it in a peaceful way. Then we will discuss that terrorism has nothing to do with Islam, nor with the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (blessings and peace be upon him). Those who use the name of Islam to spread extremism and terrorism, have nothing to do with Islam. Islam does not allow anyone to commit any kind of terrorism. Some Qur’anic rulings will also be presented to highlight the promotion of virtue and the prevention of vice, and the political and democratic struggle against injustice and oppression. There are also some advice to Muslims living in non-Muslim countries that they must obey the laws of that country and contribute positively.

Abstract The article titled: the rights of foetus in Islamic law, aims at explaining the rights of foetus without discussing different theories of the scholars in this regards. It also defines the foetus and gives literal and technical meanings besides different stages of foetus mentioned in the Holy Quran and the Hadith. The article explains the rights granted to foetus in the lights of serah before birth and these rights are a binding on the concerned people and violation of foetus’ s rights is prohibited and it is a cognizable offence. The article also discusses the attitude of west regarding foetus rights as the western society is totally ignorant about the rights of foetus and their legislation in this regard is contrary and several western laws are causing the violation of foetus’s rights. Thus, the champions of human’s rights are blind to the rights of foetus which is foundation and beginning of human life and first step for the human race. It is that has given these rights to mankind for the first time and informed human being about their rights through the first human’s rights charter given at the time of the Noble Prophet {blessing of Allah and peace be upon him}. This charter is known as the charter of Madina between the Muslims and the Jews. The article concludes: mankind cannot be protected unless the sperm of man is protected and foetus is protected in the womb of the mother from abortion because these are the future of humanity.

Abstract  The aim of Hijrah is philosophically viewed as a way to spread Islam wisely. This was by Allah’s guidance and directive amidst the very bitter atmosphere in Makkah at that time against the early followers of the Islamic religion brought by the Rasulullah (pbuh). The prophetic Hijrah observed from the way it impacted Makkah and Madinah’s societies can be construed as a very important event that provided us with a variety of messages. It also acts as a reflection of our contributions to da’wah and the roles we can assume as good Muslims, by looking at what the Rasulullah (pbuh) and his companions had themselves sacrificed in the Hijrah. In short, Al-Hijra is the time when the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and his followers moved from Makkah to Madinah, where they set up the first Islamic state. Islam needed to expand and spread in the world, so the migration resulted in the expansion and preservation of Islam and Muslims. The Rasulullah (pbuh) migrated to Madinah when his enemies in Makkah mistreated him and his followers. It is a fact that the early Muslims in Makkah were greatly troubled by the unbelievers of Quraisy, the tribe of the Prophet (pbuh). The Rasulullah’s (pbuh) popularity in his da'wah efforts to invite his people to Islam was seen as threatening by the people in power in Makkah. The context of Hijrah was seen as urgent and timely as the unbelievers in Makkah had escalated the persecution against Muhammad (pbuh) and his followers. This persecution and a directive from Allah were the main reasons for the migration.

Holy Quran is the most sacred scripture bestowed by Allah Almighty upon his bellowed prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Unlike other scriptures, Allah Almighty himself took the responsibility of safety and safe custody of the Holy Quran. That is why, despite passage of more than 1400 years, the Holy Quran remained intact, wordwise as well as meaningwise and will remain intact till the end of the world.Such a unique status of the Holy Quran could not be tolerated by the enemies of Islam and Prophet of Islam. Therefore, they decided to present Holy Quran as a defective document before its readers. For this purpose, they chose to highlight and exploit the short and abbreviated incidents, described by the Holy Quran, under the term of “Muthashalihat”, by adding and narrating false, nonsense and most astonishing stories, just to divert attention of the readers from the basic learning of Holy Quran, towards un-realistic and bogus stories. Accordingly majority of the readers have shown great interest in these stories, which fall under the title of Israiliat Unfortunately, the said stories are included in dozens of Translations Tafaseer of the Holy Quran.In order to acquaint readers of the actual status of Israiliat, the undersigned has started working on the subject. Since Tafseer-e-Jalalain is included in the Syllabus of Maddaris and being taught for the last many years, therefore, I have chosen the same in the first instance, and pray Allah Almighty to help me out in completing my assignment.

Domain of science is limited to the realm of senses whereas Islam provides the knowledge and guidance about materialistic, unseen and metaphysical domain. Foundations of religion are based upon the revelation while science is based upon theories and experiments. Therefore when science reach the reality after passing through trial and error, confirms the teachings of religion, which proves that Islam and science are not only compatible but Islam plays a role of leadership and basic source for the scientific investigations. Moreover after careful review of Islamic and scientific knowledge it is suggested to know the foundations, nature and scope of both to know the relationship between them and to avoid the confusion.

Numerous crimes are being committed in present era. One of the most heinous crime amongst them is child abuse. Incidents of children who have been murdered after sexual abuse are rife in our nominal Islamic society. Moreover, videos and photos are also made during child abuse. Then these videos are posted on the social media. Both Muslim and non-Muslim communities are suffering from this brutal act i.e child abuse. In Pakistan, the reasons of increase in crime rates include psychological disorders, urge to fulfill one’s sexual desires, poverty, unemployment and detachment from religion. Such kind of abominable acts are becoming common in Pakistan day by day. According to Islamic jurisprudence rape is a punishable crime. Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) himself has punished the perpetrators for such acts of crime. Once in the era of Holy Prophet (SAW), a Jew crushed the head of a girl by placing it in between two stones. When Prophet (SAW) was informed about the incident, He (SAW) called upon the Jew who confessed his crime. Then Prophet (SAW) asked his companions to punish him by crushing his head with stones. It can be deduced from this narration that the culprits involved in such loathsome crimes should be punished publicly in order to wipe out this devilish act of crime from the society. The purpose of writing this research paper is to describe the reasons for the increase in rate of sexual abuse of children and its eradication in the light of Fiqh ul Seerah. This research paper followed descriptive and analytical methods.

In Shariah the luminary Islamic scholars and jurists have deputed peculiar and separate subjects with different titles regarding Trade, the most famous and acknowledged are "Kitab-ul-Mutajir" and "Kitab-ul-Biyou". Islam elevates and upgrades those who toil and labour hard, among them the Labourer has prominent state and he is above all among them. According to the sacred utterance of Hazrat Muhammad SAWW:   "You should pay the labourer his wages before his sweat dries away”.  In the present era, no one can deny this fact that this world has become a global village, therefore new ways and system of commercial are in vogue and being applied besides some traditional ways. Such as Banking System, E-Purchasing, Online shopping and some other modes and means. In these traditional, latest and new trading systems, usually the labourers are being exploited because they are given less poor wages than their rigorous toilsome labour. From the very beginning of UMMAHATUL-MOMINEEN (Holy Prophet's wives) are playing vital role in social or public welfare an till in this modern era and patriarchal society, they are role model to help plebians. The Islamic values as the world knows of them today were brought to light through our last messanger (P.B.U.H), assigned with the most important task in probably the most crucial era of human history. With the injustice all over the globe and the leaders of super powers in a rift with each other to dominate the world, exhausted the most important of resouces i.e. the humanity. The divine manifiesto of the Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) and the lives of wives of Holy Prophet was actually based upon justice among masses and the preservation of conflict torn humanity. The intellectual wisdom of Holy Prophet's wives in the given situation was to restore order while restoring justice based upon the reformative rule of law as depicted by the Islamic ideology. The main aim of this very importatnt initiative was to reintroduce the humanity with the most important elements such as humility, mutual respect an retoration of long forgotten code of ethics. The basic foundation of our last Prophet's wives idealogy was to uplift poor whether they are Muslims or not. They successfully ordained the resurfacing, prevalence and practice of the same code of ethics. Now days many of such examples are prevalent in the world, not as a whole yet, though to a certain extent which is holding it together. The war torn and devastated west of the medieval found its solution in applying the same Islamic rule of law in their society in late 17th century and onward. It therefore can be deduced that the same code of ethics, which can be referred to the Quran, the sacred Islamic book, possibly offers the most effective solutions in order to ensure the societal and social development in current era.

The Holy Quran is seen as the ultimate source of guidance and knowledge in Islam. It defines inheritance as automatic transfer of possession by which estate person transfers to the heirs as succession.  In the Quran Surat Al Nisa explains about inheritane in just a manner that is due to each individual, male female. This Surah of the Quran has clearly specifies that women should no longer be treated as cattle and commodities, but as individuals, they have the legal right to inherit. The Quran mentions plainly the  women  right of inheritance  in Surat Al Nisa : “ Allah Charge you concerning (i provision for) your children : to the male equivalent  of the portion of two females, and if there  be women more than two , then theirs is two-third of inheritance, and there be one(only) then the half.  Islam gives the women right of inheritance, but the practical situation is different in society and country laws of inheritance. Women are often deprived of this fundamental right especially when it comes inheritance of immoveable assets i.e land.  There are numerous reasons to deprive women from inheritance, for example cultural practices  such as considering dowry as an alternate  to inheritance etc . But the major cause is lack of knowledge and awareness regarding Shariah Law  and state legislature  due to rampant literacy and dominant role of customs and culture. This research article is an attempt to describe Islamic Law of inheritance  along with the extensive study  to analyze the practical social  and legal  status in Pakistani society,and  awareness among the women of Pakistan.

We have to keep in mind, while designing seerah curriculum, that it is not revealed. Infact we have to design it according to the needs of hour. If we keep in consideration the ideological and contemporary requisites than we would be able to get the desired results. Islam provides basic principals in this regard. Following these instructions we would be able to design a curriculum which produced the required results.

Islam strictly prohibit the miss use of authority so accountability is its essential part. Since the reign of Holy Prophet (PBUH) as the head of first Islamic state, special focus has been put on accountability. People were appoint for this purpose. Caliphates put themselves in front of their masses to ask whatever their want to ask. They are only be obeyed until they order according to the Islamic law.

And more then that there were some others who discussed its different aspects in Arabic poetry and prose in the same time. Abstract The aim of Hijrah is not to run away from problem that occurred in the process of giving da'wah, but rather to establish the resolve in solving the problem. Hijrah as a movement carried out by the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his companions from Makkah to Madinah, aimed to keep, maintain and uphold the message of Allah, in the form of Islamic aqeedah and shari’a, in order to achieve the mercy and pleasure of Allah SWT. This move, as we can see in the seerah, later brought a great impact to the success of the Islamic da’wah which was increasingly evolving. Hence the fundamental problem that has led to the migration has been solved. In fact, the Hijrah brought a significant impact not just to the Islamic world but also to world civilisation. The story and background of the migration of Rasulullah (PBUH) from Makkah to Madinah is touched in this writing to show that there were a lot of lessons and guidance that can be inferred. It did not merely signify a final destination for Makkah Muslims, but was also the beginning of a continuous effort to establish a strong and resilient ummah. The event of Hijrah in fact had changed the world after that forever. It highlighted the perseverance of the Rasulullah (PBUH) and the early Muslims through the difficult times. Hijrah demonstrates that for people with faith, there is hope for ease after difficulties. There was also a great unity model among Muslims of different backgrounds. The Hijrah had also marked the beginning of the Islamic State under the leadership of Rasulullah (PBUH) which then became a reference for all state governance everywhere in the future.

Abstract “Gender equality” is certainly not another concept, this approach had been advocated in Islam, based on principles of equity and universal justice. Equality of rights are discussed in detail in sharÄ«Ê¿ah (Islamic Law) and Holy Prophet Muhammad (ï·º) had implemented them during his sacred era. Because the Qur'an and the Seer’ah of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (ï·º) is a permanent phenomenon of practice and guidance. According to the sharÄ«Ê¿ah men and women without any discrimination are equal before Allah, and women had granted their rights in inheritance and property, social and marriage rights, not aforementioned only, women also have the right to perform civic and administrative duties. From last few decades the concept of gender equality has increased and becoming chicer and trending on the international level. This study emphasizes the equal status between men and women, described in sharÄ«Ê¿ah (Islamic Law; based upon Qur’an and Hadith mainly). This concept has often been misunderstood by the majority of society as a direct result of ignorance on how Islam perceives this concept. Not surprisingly, throughout the history of Islam indicates the prominent role has played by Muslim women played every walk of life. Therefore, the present research has discussed the gender equality in fiqh ul seerah perspective and has provided the detailed interpretation in the light of derived Law from actions and decisions taken by the Holy Prophet (ï·º), along this the study also sheds lights upon the implementation of these gender-based rights during most sacred prophetic era and during the period of righteous caliphate as well.

Islamic business ethics derive from divine revelation and Sunnah of the Prophet (SAW). Business ethics denotes the behavior of trading entity supposed to follow while interacting with society. The Islamic business ethics take care of the all stake holders from production to consumption including employees, trade agreements, quality standards, environment and social responsibilities. The current paper is aiming to elaborate the business ethics in the light of instructions draw from the Seerah of the Prophet (SAW) in order to provide an insight for humanity to follow them, practically.

Abstract It is a historical fact that wherever the Muslims went; they were considered as a distinct community from others due to their strong Islamic identity, which is called Two Nation Theory. Muslims, due to this Islamic Ideology, conquered Subcontinent and ruled over there more than one millennium. They successfully ruled the Indian Subcontinent till the Two Nation Theory was alive in their minds. When Mughal Emperor, Akbar tried to demolish this Theory by introducing his new, fake, fabricated and heretical religion, named as “DÄ«n-e-Akbari" or “DÄ«n-i-IlāhÄ«” . The renowned Islamic scholar Sheikh Mujaddid Alif SānÄ« challenged this so-called innovated religion. After that Shāh WalÄ«Ullāh Muḥaddith DehlavÄ« worked against this innovative and heretical religion. After it, the first organized movement was established by Shāh Abdul‘AzÄ«z, the son of Shāh WalÄ«Ullāh in 1820 AD. This Movement played a dynamic role in Muslim's Renaissance in the Subcontinent. It also played a vital role to promote Two Nation Theory and major Muslim movements got inspiration from it .Although, this movement was crushed at Bālākōt in 1831 AD, but it left comprehensive impacts across the Muslim world, especially, in Indian Subcontinent. This movement kindled a flame of freedom in the Muslims of Subcontinent. Historically, this Movement has a practical participation in the Independence movement of Pakistan. As we see its role at the time of Referendum in the North-Western Frontier Province in 1947. It is an irrefutable historical fact that the leadership of Pakistan’s Movement, especially, Allāma Muhammad Iqbāl, was much influenced by SayyÄ«d ShahÄ«d’s Movement. Therefore, this study presents a missing link between the Pakistan Freedom Movement and the Two Nation Theory. This study reflects historical and analytical approaches and its application frequently . In this study effort are made to explore the historical link between the Two Nation Theory and TehrÄ«k e Mujahedeen as well as its dynamic role during the period of Freedom Movement of Pakistan in Indian Subcontinent.

Although it has been an important method of exegesis but as a technical term Imam Shafi'i, a technical scholar, first established a regular chapter in his book al-Rusala for this method. What matters in the verse will be included in Context? The opinions of the modern researchers differ, in the view of some The context is limited to the connectivity of the dialogue only while in opinion of some scholars, context is also encompassed motives and circumstance along with words and phrases. Despite this debate, interpretation with context indications is an important form of commentary.

In this article I’ll try to find out and explain the methodology of imam bukhari in his basic and majestic book “Al TārÄ«kh Al KabÄ«r” with narration of its value ability, popularity and necessary introduction.   Ê¿Ilm Al Rijāl (A discipline of Islamic religious studies within hadith terminology in which the narrators of hadith are evaluated) is a basic and value able discipline in the field of Hadith &UlÅ«m Al Hadith. All MuhaddithÄ«n are strongly agreed on this fact that non-existence of this discipline of study may permit to any person to say anything at any time in the matter of Hadith. So, Ê¿Ilm Al Rijāl has secured the sayings of Prophet Muhammad PBUH and his companions RA as well as it also provided us biographies of half million Narrators of Hadith from the early period of Islam. Abstract Euthanasia is getting popular day by day and it's proponents present different argument in favor of it's ethical justification. According to them it is the basic right of every human being to decide about its life and death. If life becomes unbearably painful it's better to die rather to live in such conditions. we have the right to end our life if its standard become low and we become a burden on our family, relatives and society. Moreover its against the kindness that we allow to live patients with incurable and painful diseases. But the teachings of Quran and Sunnah donot justify these arguments of proponents of Euthanasia. We donot have any right to end our lives whenever and in whatever way we want. Life is a gift given to us by Allah so only Allah has the right to decide it's end.

Due to its popularity and rank in the court of Allah and his prophet, to make its comprehension public and to get benefit of it, every skilled writer wrote its explanation. Mullah_Ali Al_Qari occupies a special place in the tones of Quran. He also wrote an explanatory book on it that is unavailable publicly. No doubt this book is special among the books of past on the same topic and a source of guidance for the coming works. Abstract Hindrances in Social Reconciliation  and their Eradication in perspective of  Fiqh-ul –Alseerah is the title of this article. Violation of basic human rights, unreal behaviors, superiority of the male in domestic affairs, reluctance in accepting women rights, lust for  permanence of leadership, intolerance and sentimentalism, lack of arbitration, communication gap between the parties, imbalance in division of legacy, imbalance of power and authority, bias and hostility are the factors of these hindrances. Suggestions to resolve hindrances  in reconciliation have been proposed in perspective of Islamic Teachings. Islamic concept of reconciliation should be highlighted and the role of reconciliation council should be made more effective.

Abstract Unity has an immense role in developing nations and achieving higher goals. Unity in Muslim Ummah is one of the basic and major issues of the time. The increasing sectarian ethnocentrism has covered and freckled the fundamental teachings of Islam. In today’s era Muslim Ummah is suffering from various major and minor problems and the fundamental reasons of their problems are seatrain hatred, difference of opinions in creeds, lust for power and fame, intolerance etc. All these problems took scattered Muslim Ummah into pieces and made them to fight on minor issues based on only difference of opinions. On the other hand the enemies of Muslim Ummah are united and fully aware that their strength lies in the disunity of Muslims. Moreover they are steeped in dividing Muslims into different sects and groups. It is a historical fact that in every age Muslims were disunited and disintegrated to weaken them. It is only possible when Ummah unites in one plate form. At the same time it is the responsibility of the Muslim rulers to play their role in for Muslim unity and Universal Brotherhood.

Abstract Diplomacy is a reflection of the values of nations and peoples, their cultural and civilization specificities, political choices, and their religious precepts and traditions. It is a portrait of the past, a reflection of the present and a vision of the future.. Diplomacy can be defined as the art and science of conducting international relations. Diplomacy according to the Islamic Shari'ah is one of the best ways to show the Islamic values, merits and advantages in conducting international affairs with non-Muslims. This research article explores the principles and tools of diplomacy used by Prophet in the first Islamic State of Madinah, and also to analyze the foundations and objectives of Islamic diplomacy. It further discusses briefly diplomacy under rightly guided Caliphs and also under Banu Umayyad. Keeping in view the discussed principles and tools, Pakistan can establish better relationship with other countries, achieve interests of the state and protect the rights of its citizens.

Abstract The History of Islam encompasses a period of  nearly 15 centuries. In this long period Muslim Ummah gone through many phases. At one time they are politically stable and played an active role in politics and social construction. Their political power eclipsed other world powers. At that time muslim world observed integrity and prosperity and played vital role in international affairs. While on other times it become so weak and fragile that they were overpowered by other world power, their cities were destroyed, millions of Muslims killed ruthlessly and properties confiscated and they were defenseless. There adverseries do whatever they want to harm them. However Muslims claim that we are the true followers of Allah and his religion and Allah promised to assist us but why Allah do not help them when they were targetted by their adverseries on certain points of History. In this essy a humble attempt has been made to compare the two phases of Islamic History in the light of Quran and Muslim behaviour.

Abstract One of the etiquette of Islam and the virtuous values ​​that religion has entrenched is the urge to do charitable work, and to consider it as a worship of the worshipers, and many generous verses have been mentioned calling for and urging him, including from the Almighty saying: “O you who believe, kneel, kneel, worship, and worship you.” Hajj 77. In the Prophet’s biography, there are hundreds of examples and situations in which the Holy Prophet’s initiative appears to do good deeds, and his companions encouraged him to do so, especially since Islam considered zakat and charity as matters related to faith, and the research deals with the following axes: The concept of charitable social work: -Areas of charitable work (orphan care - widow care - patient care - preparing the dead - caring for the homeless from the Muslims - breakfast of the fasting person - spending needs - spreading knowledge - reform among the litigants - planting trees) Among the sources of financing charitable work: (donations - ongoing charity - Zakat) Bright examples of charitable work from the Prophet's era: (Abu Bakr - Omar bin Al-Khattab - Abu Talha - Abu Al-Dahdah ) The impact of charitable work on comprehensive development (morally - economically - socially) The most important findings and recommendations: 1- We need a jurisprudence of reality to save the Islamic world from its problems, and to establish a culture of charitable work from the most important duties of that stage that he is going through. 2-. The necessity for Muslims to know that the revival of this religion can only be by making money, effort and time, and sacrificing all cheap and precious. 3- One of the conditions for charitable work: impartiality, loyalty - organization - training.

Abstract Hadith is the second primary source of Shariah and Islam. In literally it means‘‘to talk” something.  In terminological it means “saying, action and deeds, and silent approval by the Prophet Hazrat Muhammad S.A.W of the action or practice of his companion”. From the age of Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad S.A.W to the third century many people compiled Ahadith in various forms. One of them is Al Jami,a- Al-Sahih which is written by Imam Muhammad Bin Ismail Al Bukhari R.A. It is also the first book in the chain of six most authentic books of Ahadith, which are known as Siha-e-Sittah (صحاح سته) .It contains various aspects of Islam such as: beliefs, organs of Islam, social aspects, economical aspects, history and life of prophets. It has its own significance because of its methodology. With the narration of Ahadith the compiler narrates views of different scholars related the topic and sometime narrates his own views. Spiritually it is beneficial for reader. Imam Bukhari R.A describes a term “Baad-Al-Naas” (بعد الناس) at twenty seven places in different chapters of his book. The objective of this research is to explain the views of Imam Bukhari about “Baad-Al-Naas” (بعد الناس) mentioned in the chapter of zakat. This term is described three times in the above mentioned chapter.

Abstract Stylistics is a multidisciplinary approach that aims to foreground the peculiar properties of texts on the basis of language and derive hidden and in depth meanings to figure out major and minor themes. The evident fact that makes Stylistic a multidisciplinary approach is its retrievable, rigorous and replicable principles. The present study aims to explore the stylistic features of the Surah Al Asr from the Holy Quran at various levels. Surah Al Asr is the most comprehensive Surah of the Holy Quran that is composed of only three verses yet the strongest one in its influence and themes. Al-Shafi said, “If the people were to reflect upon Surat al-‘Asr, it would be enough for them”, Stylistics as a scientific discipline is helping to interpret literary text logically based on linguistic evidence. The Surah has been analyzed on different levels of stylistics: Graphological, Phonological, Morphological, Semantic, Pragmatics and Discourse level. The connotative and denotative meanings of the surah have been explored to get the complete understanding of the poem. The stylistic analysis of the surah reflects the main idea that is the transiency of human life and permanency of good deeds.This study strengthens the belief that the study of stylistics is beneficial for the thorough understanding of any text.
82 Impacts of Repetitive Refrains Upon Human Thought and Comprehension: An Exegetical Discourse from Qur’ānic Perspective     , *Muhammad Ashfaq *Manzoor Ahmad Al Azhari
Abstract The pivotal discourse around which this paper revolves is the repetitive refrains mentioned in the Holy Qur’ān and its impact upon human thought and psyche. This study highlights important features of repetition in the light of SÅ«rah Ash-Shu‘arā’ and SÅ«rah al-Raḥmān concerning Da‘wah, guidance and multiples expressions of natural phenomena inviting towards reality. We may observe that how Scripture invites human’s intellect calling, inspiring and motivating it towards what is required to be done positively? Is the repetitive refrains are the need of Da‘wah and invitation to be conveyed showing its manifold facets towards human nature or not? Employing analytical method, it may be estimated that repetition is required up to what extent to divulge multiple aspects of stated guidance (hidāyah) required to be grasped. This paper finds that repetition is an important and fundamental aspect close to human nature. This study concludes that repetition may cause to focus upon the message laden with the verses before each reiteration associated with aesthetic reflection. Repetition is necessary to remember and stabilize truth in the minds and heart while on the other hand it results to acquire understanding that how repetition is purposeful confronting the objections of opponents in this regard.

Abstract The aim of this qualitative research is to investigate the religious marginalization/othering of Pakistani women in the memoir Islamabad Blues (2004) by Ladurner. This research introspects Pakistani women’s oppression and marginalization as others by Eastern patriarchal system and Western imperialistic perspective in the selected text. The epistemology for this research is postcolonial feminism. The selected theoretical framework is Mohanty’s Under Western Eyes (1984) and Said’s notion of othering from Orientalism (1978). Textual analysis is selected as a method of analysis with a focus on the most likely interpretations of the text. According to McKee’s Textual Analysis (2003), every text should focus on ‘contextualization’. Without taking into account the exact socio-cultural context, one cannot assert one’s own self as right/superior and the other as wrong/inferior in a text. McKee’s contextualization works as a lens to highlight that the Eastern context of culture and religious teachings are not taken into account while constructing Eastern women’s identity in the selected text ultimately marginalizing them on the basis of religion.
