1 The Role of In-Service Training Quality in Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Secondary school teachers , Abdullah Hadi Pour
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of quality of in-service training on citizenship behavior of teachers in Tonekabon. This study was a descriptive-correlative one whose community consisted of all the teachers in Tonekabon in the academic year of 2018-2019 for both male and female students. The sample was 207 according to Morgan table. The sampling method was simple. Data collection tool was in-service quality of education questionnaire and organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using ANOVA and Bonferroni post hoc test. Findings showed that the difference between the qualities of in-service education was 45-31 with 91-76 at P ≤ 0.01 level and also, the 60-46 with 91-76 at P ≤ 0.05 level was significant and the quality of in-service training affects the organizational citizenship behavior of Tonekabon teachers

Choosing a field of study is one of the most important decisions that students make during their studies so that it can determine their career prospects. The aim of the present study was to investigate the factors affecting students' choice of educational field in Noshahr. The research method was descriptive and the statistical population consisted of both male and female high school students studying in three fields of high school mathematics physics, empirical sciences and humanities in the academic year 2015-2016. 200 subjects were selected according to the Krejcie and Morgan table using stratified random sampling. The research instrument used in this study is a researcher-made questionnaire of factors affecting educational field choice. Data were analyzed using one-sample t-test and Friedman test. The findings of this study showed that the opinion of the educational advisor, student interest, educational background, family opinion, and academic aptitude were effective in choosing the field of study in Noshahr city (P <0.05). Also, the opinion of the family has the highest rating and the opinion of the secretary and the academic advisor is the lowest.

In today's complicated and dynamic world, in order to maintain their competitive advantage, the organizations need to be integrated into one entity so that they can learn faster than their competitors. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the impact of transformational leadership on learning organization development in the applied universities of the west of Mazandaran province. The statistical population of the study consisted of 220 staff members of Mazandaran province. The sample consisted of 136 of them who were selected by simple random sampling. Data collection tools were Watkins & Marseille Learning Organization Questionnaire (1996) and Bass & Avolio Transformational Leadership Questionnaire (2000). Data were analyzed using regression analysis. The results showed that subjective motivation, ideal influence, inspirational motivation, and personal considerations have positive effects on learning organization development in the applied universities of the west of Mazandaran province. Also, transformational leadership style has positive effect on learning organization development in the applied universities of the west of Mazandaran province. 5 relationship between learning styles and language instruction skills of high school students , javad solleymanpoor 
Paying attention to learning styles and its determining components [determinants] for students plays a crucial role in teaching and education of today’s world. Therefore, the current study’s goal was to explore the relations between learning styles (with respect to its basic components) and language learning skills (English language). For this purpose, statistical population of this research is a total of 1260 male students from high schools in Chalous province among which 154 subjects are selected randomly, by Morgan-Krejcie’s Table. This research is conducted based on Vermont and Rijswijk’s theory (for assessment of learning styles) and language learning skills (the skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing) in English language. Main tool for data collection is standardized questionnaire of learning styles, and data analysis of current research is done by using of Pearson coefficient and stepwise regression. Results from this research indicate that all learning styles have a positive and direct relationship with language learning skills, but two types of learning styles, namely decentralized with a coefficient of 0.497 and meaning and goal based learning style with a coefficient of 0.283 has got the highest importance. Hence it can be said that for as much enhancement and comprehension as possible, if educational system considers decentralized and meaning and goal based learning styles, it will be more helpful for students to achieve the language learning skills. In the other word, importance of learning styles’ role recognition in anticipating of students’ language learning skills is confirmed. 6 Citation Analysis of Published Scientific Production References by Faculty Members of Tonekabon Branch Islamic Azad University At ISI, ISC, and Scopus databases ,      Seyed rasool Toudar
This study investigates the articles published by the faculty members of Islamic Azad University of Tonekabon in authentic scientific sources at ISI, ISC, and Scopus databases. This is an applied research and has been carried out by book-assessment style, using the citation analysis method. The findings of this study showed a total of 7166  citations by the group in three bases, of which 3917 (55%) to basic science, 860 (12%) to humanities and social sciences 2333 (33%) and There were 57 cases (0.8%). Most citations (88.7%) were in the form of articles. The research hypothesis that faculty members of Tonekabon Azad University cite more scientific journals in journal articles proves the highest percentage of citations among faculty members' tendencies to basic science researchers with 55% and the lowest percentage of citations to physicians, and humanities and engineering sciences with citation rates of 33% and 12%, respectively. In terms of language, English sources were more widely cited than sources in other languages. The number of citations to printed / electronic sources in faculty articles of all colleges was very high. And the research hypothesis that faculty members at Tonekabon Azad University in writing of scientific papers rely more on printed sources than on non-printed sources rejects and does not approve it. And the low percentage of citations to theses thesis hypothesis confirms little contribution to the research papers of the researched university. 7 The Relationship between Organizational Justice and Organizational Commitment with Managers Accountability in Islamic Azad University (Case Study: Islamic Azad University Branches West Mazandaran Province) , abasalt nooraee
The main mission of any organization is to achieve the goals set in the framework of the organization's strategy, hence the accountability is shifting from the traditional forms of accountability to other forms, especially the more efficient and responsive management systems. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment with the accountability of managers and staff of Islamic Azad University of Mazandaran province. The method of this study was descriptive - correlative. The statistical population consisted of 625 staff of all Islamic Azad universities in west of Mazandaran province. The sample consisted of 209 people who were randomly selected and participated in the study. The measuring tools were Allen & Meyer's Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (1990), Niehoff & Moorman's Organizational Justice Questionnaire (1993) and Jensen's General Accountability Questionnaire (2000). The findings of this study showed that there is a relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment and accountability of managers and staff of Islamic Azad University in west of Mazandaran province. In order to increase organizational accountability, it is advisable to provide appropriate training courses for managers to being familiarized with the principles and bases of justice, as well as to encourage them to effectively use organizational justice in the organization. 8 The mediating role of emotional processing styles in the relationship between circadian rhythms and Meta-memory In students , Sorour Hasanzadeh 
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between circadian rhythms with meta-memory with the mediation of emotional processing styles. This study was a descriptive-correlative one whose statistical population consisted of undergraduate psychology students of Islamshahr Azad University (N = 2300). The method is stratified random sampling. Sample size was determined according to Tapachnik and Fidel (2001) in studies using structural equation modeling (n = 200). The data gathering tools in this study were Horn and Ostberg circadian rhythms scale (1976), Nodeljkowicz and Kaieros (2007) memory trust and cognition scale and Bakker et al. (2007) emotional processing scale. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling. The results showed that circadian rhythms with coefficient of 0.421, in other words 42.1%, had effect on metacognition (P <0.05).Considering t-value=7.523, Emotional processing plays a mediating role in the relationship between circadian rhythms and meta-memory. 9 The effect of music education on students' psychological well-being , Javad Mehraban
The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of music education on students' psychological well-being. The method of this study was causal-comparative and the statistical population of this study consisted of high school students in Tonekabon in the academic year of 1389-99. The sampling method was purposive and 100 students were divided into two groups of music students and ordinary students. The measuring tool in this study was Reif's (1989) psychological well-being scale. The results of this study showed that the mean scores of psychological well-being were 71.16 for students and 29.84 for non-students. The Z-test was 7.123 at 0.01 level. Therefore, music education had an effect on students' psychological well-being.
10 The role of school atmosphere and emotional intelligence in the entrepreneurial self-efficacy of female students in Mashhad vocational schools , Azadeh Amiri
The present study was conducted to investigate the role of school atmosphere and emotional intelligence in the entrepreneurial self-efficiency of female students in Mashhad vocational schools and was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the study included all female students of Mashhad vocational schools in the year 1398-99; 335 students were selected as samples by cluster sampling method according to Morgan table. Data collection was performed using school atmosphere scale of Zolig et al. (2010), emotional intelligence scale of Bradbury-Graves (2005) and entrepreneurial self- efficiency scale of Wilson et al. (2007). The research hypotheses were tested using structural equations modeling. The findings of this study showed that the entrepreneurial self- efficiency of female students in Mashhad vocational schools can be explained and predicted from the school atmosphere and emotional intelligence (P <0.05). There was also a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and entrepreneurial self- efficiency and between school atmosphere and entrepreneurial self- efficiency of female students of Mashhad vocational schools (P <0.01). The results of this study showed that by reforming the school atmosphere and reviewing the academic evaluation in order to foster students' creativity and self- efficiency, their entrepreneurial ideas should be strengthened and applied to increase entrepreneurial self- efficiency.
11 Needs assessment of teachers working in exceptional education in the city of Tabriz to appropriate education and evaluation of its effects in implementation , Rahmatollah Azimi
The present study aimed to evaluate the educational requirements with appropriate training for teachers working in exceptional education in the city of Tabriz and evaluation of its effects in the implementation. The research method was experimental with pre-test and post-test design with control group. The study population included teachers working in exceptional education in Tabriz. Using random sampling of multi-stage clusters, 20 teachers were selected and placed in two experimental and control groups. The tools for collecting information were the requirements Assessment Questionnaire of Yemeni et al. (2011) and the Behrangi Teaching Research Assessment Questionnaire (2015). Data analysis using pairwise t-method showed that the educational management model has an effect on the reduction of educational requirements of developmental, supplementary and problem solving of exceptional school teachers (P <0.05). The educational management model effects on teachers' attitudes (P <0.05). Therefore, it is better to include an educational management model in the curriculum of the exceptional school teacher training course to make teachers more familiar with it.
12 The relationship between information literacy and the field of study of students of Marvdasht Branch of Azad University , Zahra Khajeh Ali Jahanteghi
The present study was conducted to investigate the relationship between information literacy and field of study. The research method was descriptive-correlative and the statistical population of this study included students of Islamic Azad University, Marvdasht Branch in four fields of technical and engineering education, management and accounting, psychology and educational sciences, and English language teaching with a volume of 6500 individuals. Using Cochran's formula, 363 students were selected by stratified random sampling. Data collection tools were Siamak and Davarpanah Information Literacy Questionnaire (2009). The findings of this study showed that there was a significant difference between the Department of Psychology and Educational Sciences and of Management and Accounting (P <0.05), and the average in the Department of Psychology and Educational Sciences was higher than that of management and accounting. There was also a significant difference between the technical and engineering group and management and accounting (P <0.05), and the average in the technical and engineering group was higher than that of management and accounting. There was no significant difference in the other areas of study. It is suggested that workshops with the aim of increasing computer literacy and library literacy of students and promoting research-oriented culture should be held in order to improve the level of information literacy of students.
13 Explaining the relationship between creativity and empowerment of human resources in education in Kashan , soleman Bahramzadeh
Trust in organizations is created in the shadow of creativity, and the working conditions and competition of organizations, more than anything else, force managers to empower employees. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between creativity and empowerment of human resources in education in Kashan. This study was descriptive-correlational and the statistical population included teachers and principals of public schools in the academic year of 2009-2010 in Kashan. 205 individuals were selected as the sample By means of multi-stage cluster sampling.  The sample volume was determined based on Karajsi and Morgan table (1970). Data collection tools were Thorns' Organizational Creativity Questionnaire (1966)  and Spritzer's Psychological Empowerment Questionnaire (1995). Data analysis by means of Pearson correlation coefficient showed that the correlation coefficient between fluid variables of mind, flexibility, innovation and expansion with empowerment at the level of 0.05 was significant and positive and it can be concluded that there is a relationship between creativity and empowerment of human resources in education and training of human resourcesin education of Kashan city.
14 The relationship between narcissism and the source of control with the job success of the staff of the Azad University, Tehran Central Branch , Mehran Shoorj
staff job success is a function of their behavioral and personality factors. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between narcissism and control source with the job success of the staff of the Azad University, Tehran Central Branch. The applied research method was correlational. The statistical population of this study was the staff of Azad University, Tehran Central Branch, which were selected using the available sampling method, and 274 people were selected as the sample, based on Karajsi and Morgan table (1970). Narcissism Questionnaire of Raskin and Terry's (1988), Rutter's control source (1966), and career success of Grbner et al. (2007) were used to gather information. The results of linear regression analysis showed that there is a relationship between narcissism and control source (internal and external) with job success of the staff of Azad University, Tehran Central Branch. Therefore, continuous psychological assessments of narcissistic employees in the workplace can be identified, and career success can be increased by improving the internal control of employees.
