1  Recent changes in the world currency system of modern world economy , Tengiz MAGRADZE,
The formation of the digital economy is a process of global change in all areas of activity, especially in the field of foreign exchange relations and the global monetary economy. The modern monetary economy is firmly based on new financial technologies (information technology and the Internet, blockchain, etc.). The emergence in the world economy of the latest financial instruments based on digital technologies, requires the solution of a number of new and constantly emerging problems. Moreover, not only the state, but also market participants - investors and ordinary buyers are interested in the speedy resolution of currency circulation issues, since the lack of specific legal aspects of the definition of digital money does not represent the possibility of their widespread implementation and effective use in the institutional framework of the current legislation of many countries of the world, including in Russia.

Environmental projects are large-scale public sector projects that require the participation of a number of public and private sectors working regularly for the benefit of the state. Public health and harmful environmental factors are a social problem that attracts the attention of governments around the world and sees that they are stepping into sustainable development. In this study, we consider electromagnetic fields as technologies developed to solve problems such as health, biogeometry and geographic information systems. In the context of these technologies, we propose a research for a project that can be used to advance research in large-scale interdisciplinary public health projects. Our thinking can be extended to other public sector projects as well as various geographical locations. This article illustrates one of the challenges of health information systems. Although there is reliable evidence, the positive effects of health information systems are inconclusive. In the field of health information systems with the aim of developing a new model the arguments in the literature are examined. This article also concludes that there is a need for rethinking to be effective for this field.
3  Cyber ​​Culture and Social Effects of Cyber ​​Culture , Dr. Durmus    KOÇAK  ,  Asoss. Professor Dr. Mustafa Zahit SERARSLAN
The culture, which has survived with the transfer of life styles of societies for centuries to the next generations, undoubtedly has undergone many changes from the moment it emerged to the present day. In these changes, technological developments that affect social life deeply also have a big share. Communication technologies, which have emerged in the recent period and opened to public use, are among the structures that affect culture. Social media and social media's interaction, surveillance, communication, etc. features have resulted in the emergence of the so-called “cyber culture” and thus the culture has gained a “cyber” dimension. In the study prepared to determine the effects of cyber culture on society, it was concluded that this structure has quite determinative effects on the society and the individual. The study was prepared by taking the opinions of students in two universities in Ankara and two in Istanbul in four universities. A total of 1493 students, 789 women and 695 men, were selected from the students studying in these universities and the research was carried out. In the study, it was found that the participants largely adopted “cyber culture”, the internet caused changes in their lives, and obtained new cyber identities and cyber status.

While physical fitness testing has the potential to invoke embarrassment and anxiety, strategies can be developed that can motivate students to exert maximal effort, provide positive feedback on skill improvement, and encourage fitness lovers to set fitness goals that can be achieved through developmentally appropriate physical activities. Fitness testing is a prominent element in many physical education programs, but there has been limited investigation concerning motivation constructs associated with the testing. I believe that fitness testing can be a positive and enjoyable experience and a useful tool to motivate youth to be physically active if used in a developmentally appropriate manner as one aspect of a comprehensive physical education curriculum and if delivered in a positive and supportive environment. The purpose of this article is to discuss relevant psychological theories that explain factors related to fitness lovers performance on fitness testing, as well as to provide instructional strategies that minimize adverse reactions to fitness testing and that maximize effort, enjoyment, and motivation. Also In this article, a compilation study was made in the context of literature research. In order to motivate others, information was given about the tests that should be applied for individuals, especially for fitness lovers, by using internet resources.

This study determined how the democratic leadership style in improving employee performance in Islamic Religious and Religious Education, Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion in the Province of South Sumatera. This research is qualitative and it is used to meet the objectives of this study. The scope of this research is in the field of Islamic Religious and Religious Education, Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, South Sumatera Province. Based on the results of the study that the Democratic Leadership Style in Improving Employee Performance has been implemented well; open leadership has been carried out; subordinates are providing useful advice in achieving organizational goals; In making decisions, it is more focused on deliberation to reach consensus; delegation to subordinates; Leaders often go down to do coaching as well as to observe the results that have been achieved by employees.
10 The Role of School’s Committee in School Based Management , Zaibi1, Yasir Arafat2, Artanti Puspita Sari3*
This study aimed at analyze and describe the role of the school committee as a provider of consideration, support, control and mediator, in improving the quality of education in elementary school Negeri 25 Gelumbang.The research was conducted through a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research data were collected with in-depth interview techniques, observation, and documentation study with school committee, school principal, teacher, supervisor, parents of 25 Gelumbang Elementary School students. Data analysis was performed by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To check the validity of the data is done with credibility, dependability, and confirmability. The results showed that the formation of the committee had referred to the provisions of the legislation and involved elements of the teacher council, the community and the government. The prominent role of the school committee is related to giving consideration and support, while the role of the committee as a controller is still limited in the use of school budgets and does not touch on academic issues and evaluating school performance.
11 The Effect of Headmaster’s Managerial Skill and Teachers’ Perception toward Teachers’ Motivation , Listya Yustikarini1, Muhammad Kristiawan2, Happy Fitria3
This study examined the effect of headmaster’s managerial skill and teachers’ perception towards teachers’ motivation of State Islamic Secondary Schools in Palembang. This research used a quantitative which emphasizes its analysis of numerical data processed by statistical methods. The sample was 127 teachers taken randomly. Based on the results, there was influence between the managerial skill of headmaster and teachers’ perceptions towards teachers’ motivation. 1. INTRODUCTION In the context of the implementation of further education, especially in relation to optimizing school autonomy, there are at least two important aspects that need attention, the managerial skill of the headmaster and the professional performance of the teachers (Tobari et al, 2018; Andriani et al, 2018). According to researcher’s observation on 25 March 2019, the existence of Islamic Secondary School in Palembang still need improvement, considering that Islamic Secondary School have the equivalent level of junior high school, to support the achievement of the quality of education in Madrasah join decree of ministries has been issued were the minister of religion, the minister of domestic affairs and the minister of education and culture No.036/U/1975 and No.037/U/1975 and also the issuance of the decree of two minister namely the minister of religion and the minister of education No.299/U/1984. These improvements include the management of school has not been done well by the number of headmasters at Islamic Secondary School in Palembang. The headmaster as manager of education is responsible for creating nice teaching and learning situation, so that teachers can carry out learning well and students can learn calmly (Andriani et al, 2018; Khasanah et al, 2019). The headmaster is demanded to be able to work together with his subordinates such teacher. If the headmaster does not give attention to the teacher in taking action, the teachers will neglect their duties (Renata et al, 2018). In an educational environment, the headmaster is fully responsible for managing and empowering teachers to continue to improve their work abilities (Salwa et al, 2019). The development of enthusiasm for work, harmonious cooperation, and interest in the development of education, a conducive and pleasant atmosphere of work is also influenced by the headmaster as manager. The headmaster of Islamic Secondary School in Palembang now has experience in leadership and considered capable of bringing a change to state Islamic Secondary School in Palembang in the future. Hypertension is a significant public health apprehension. The commonness keeps rising, and it is a risk issue for a number of unfavorable health outcomes counting a refuse in cognitive utility. The commonness of hypertension and age-related dementia is increasing in Asian countries, within the aged grouping. This review aims to talk about potential treatments for high blood pressure in the aged and suggest a most favorable objective for BP relation to cognitive results. Our review discusses a number of studies on associated blood pressure treatments to stay contentious and the penalty if the action aim is also low or violent. Longitudinal and cross-sectional, studies were incorporated in this appraisal. A most favorable systolic blood pressure of 120-130 mm Hg is not compulsory, particularly in no diabetic hypertensive patients with significant risk factors. The renin-angiotensin scheme (RAS) is extremely occupied in not only hypertension other than also lifestyle-related diseases, and might contribute to the pathological mechanism in dementia; consequently, RAS instruction is anticipated to stop dementia.
13 An investigation of EFL Students’ Anxiety Features in Speaking of Bangladesh , Md. Harun Rashid* Dr. Sharon Sharmini Victor† Jahirul Islam‡ Wei Li§
The English student's performance as a foreign language is influenced not only by academic factors but also by factors. Anxiety can explain why EFL students are not happy to speak in the classroom. Anxiety is the result of various factors, which have been studied in this statement. The present study was designed as a survey using the FLCA (Classroom Concerns for Foreign Languages) questionnaire as an important tool. The subjects of this study were randomly assigned to 87 students of Computer Engineering, Bangladesh private University in Dhaka. The results of the study analysis revealed that nine factors increased participants' fears. These aspects are described by unsafe situations in student behaviour that are shown to result from low selfesteem, negative classroom environment, and peer pressure. The results of this study can provide information on developing an English student's verbal expression skills as a foreign language, especially in the emotional field.
