Issues of equivalence in the Moroccan legal text
Ismail Mellouki , Chakib Lebaidi
This article aims; first of all, to explore good practices relating to the translation of a particular textual genre, in this case the legal text, in particular via two angles of attack, namely, on the one hand, the challenges of interpretation and the quest for the legal semantic core. And on the other hand, the problem of equivalence, its theoretical underpinnings as well as its practical implications. Also, the Moroccan legal text will be questioned in the light of translation theories, in particular the types of difficulty and cultural specificities inherent to legal terminology in a context permeated by legal rules inspired by Islamic law, specifically Malekite dogma, coexisting with Moroccan customary law, French law, and international law. Finally, it amounts to asking ourselves what we do when we translate a legal corpus. Keywords: hermeneutics, interpretation, equivalence, comparative law, translation, jurilinguistics, legal translation.

The aim of this research is to identify the level of general anxiety, depression, and the extent of the relationship between general anxiety and depression . Also, to identify the individual differences between the averages of general anxiety and depression depending on the variable of gender, social status, educational qualification, and economic level of a sample of AIDS patients in the Sultanate of Oman AIDS patients in the Armed Forces Hospital - Al-Khoud. The number of the study samples were (26) males and females , whose ages ranged between (20-50) years old. The research reached the following results: The presence of average and acceptable levels in the average of general anxiety and depression among the members of the study sample. There is significant difference at a significant level less than (0.05) between general anxiety and depression among a sample of AIDS patients in the Sultanate of Oman. And this indicates that the higher the level of general anxiety in the research sample, the higher its level of depression, the higher the level General anxiety among the research sample. As I found, there are statistically significant differences at a significance level less than (0.05) between the averages of males and females in both general anxiety and depression and in favor of males each time, which confirms, females with AIDS are more anxious and more depressed than males. There were no statistically significant differences at a level of significance less than (0.05) between the average levels of both general anxiety and depression according to social status, educational qualification and economic level. Keywords: General anxiety, depression, AIDS .

The Qur’anic separator is similar to the poetic and prosaic rhymes; seamless, it does not prioretize the beat over the meaning. The Separator comes in multiple identical, balanced and singular contexts; they may converge or diverge in a miraculous pattern, where no meaning is distorted nor the rhyming beauty disturbed. The study deals with the controversy surrounding the dependency of either one (sperator vs linguistic change) on the other; is the linguistic change subsquent to the phonetic harmony of the Qur'anic Separator, or this latter is a natural result of the linguistic change with no effect on it? The research aims to know the manifestations of the structural addition that occurs in the linguistic context of the verses. Furthermore, the study discloses the causes of the aforementioned addition, and its relationship to the separators; one additional aim of the research, is to uncover the role of the Separator in the linguistic change. The researcher adopted the inductive, descriptive and analytical approaches, whereby he surveys the separators of all the verses of the first third of the Qur’an; depecting and analysing the structural additions in order to identify their types, connotations and causes. The researcher reached the following findings: 1. The context and the separators impact reciprocally on each other phonetically, structurally and semantically. 2. Solely, in three verses the separators bore not effect on the structural addition in the preposition "Min Ansar". 3. On the other hand, the structural addition emerged in eleven instances of the linguistic context of the first third of the Qur’an. This addition was confined to supplement the corroborative connotation and the preposition (Min). 4. The corroborative connotation indicates comprehensiveness, and commonality without losing the phonetic harmony of the verses; the preposition, however, points to the commonality bare of affecting the rhyme of the separators. Keywords: separator, Quran, context, addition.

The study aimed to know the reality and importance of follow-up in educational supervision departments, in education departments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from the point of view of educational supervisors, and the number of the study population reached (3729) educational supervisors, and the study sample consisted of (728) educational supervisors, and the random sample method was taken. The study used the descriptive approach, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, a tool (questionnaire) was built for the study after the apparent validity of the arbitrators was conducted, and the stability test was performed. The correlation coefficient for the reality of follow-up in educational supervision departments in education departments was 92%, and the correlation factor for the importance of follow-up in educational supervision departments In education departments 93%, both with a statistical significance of 0.001, and statistical methods were used in analyzing the results, which are: frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean, (T) test, singlevariance analysis, and Pearson correlation coefficient, and the results of the study showed: that the reality of follow-up in educational supervision departments In education departments, it came with a medium degree, where the average was (3.99). The arithmetic mean is (4.41). The study also showed the existence of a positive direct relationship of statistical significance at the level of 0.05 between the reality of follow-up in educational supervision departments in education departments and the importance of follow-up in educational supervision departments in education departments according to the opinions of the study sample individuals. The study recommended the necessity of building detailed evidence to clarify The best mechanism to follow up on the performance of educational supervision departments in education departments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and link them to quantitative and qualitative indicators that contribute to broad and accurate monitoring of performance follow-up processes, and to benefit from quality processes and practices in achieving quality follow-up in the work of educational supervision departments. With the scientific development that the world is witnessing in the field of information and communication technology, and in an attempt by the researcher to develop and improve the services provided by the Deanship of Continuing Education and Community Service at King Abdul Aziz University, the researcher aimed to propose an electronic system that would facilitate the reservation of facilities belonging to the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education, which The beneficiaries from within the Deanship or other entities affiliated with King Abdulaziz University can book and benefit easily. This goal will be achieved by studying the current situation with the organization of a database of the mechanism used in the reservation method and a comparison between the proposed system with the current system (the traditional method), by using the descriptive analysis method and the questionnaire, the questionnaire was distributed electronically to King Abdulaziz University employees and obtained To (70) responses and reached a number of results, the most important of which are: the desire of beneficiaries and employees alike to design an electronic system to facilitate the reservation mechanism for the facilities of the Deanship, as this mechanism provides many advantages such as ease of use - effectiveness - efficiency - accuracy and non-duplication - innovation - raising performance Staff also saves time, effort, and high flexibility in managing reservations and easy extraction of reports and information. Then the proposed system will be designed to reserve the facilities of the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education in order to make the best use of the facilities.
