Lecturer Resources at the Faculty of da'wa and Communication are sufficient. There are many lecturers who hold doctoral degrees with various studies. Their presence is certainly very meaningful for the development of da'wa science indeed really needs rapid development. Therefore, there are a few notes to notice. First, most studies of da'wa are within the da'wa factor paradigm, so that other paradigms such as the system paradigm, developmentalism paradigm, and interpretive paradigm have not yet obtained an adequate proportion of studies. Secondly, a consortium of experts in the field of da'wa is needed in collaboration with other sciences, to discuss and develop monodisciplinary, interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary and even multi-disciplinary studies. Thirdly, efforts are needed to write and develop studies in interdisciplinary or cross-disciplinary studies and even multidisciplinary in the science of da’wa. It can be considered, that most studies of da'wa interdisciplinary, and cross-disciplinary are also immature. If it already exists (da'wa psychology, da'wa sociology, and da'wa management) it is still an introductory study and has not been developed yet in a deeper direction. Moreover, interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary studies (da'wa anthropology, da'wa political studies, da'wa law studies, etc.) have not yet been optimally developed.

Since along time ago, Muslim scholars in Indonesia have made efforts to da’wa for building a civilized society for the community of this part of the land, especially for their Muslims. The greatest one of them was Sheikh Mohammed Hashim Ash'ari. He was the founder of Nahdlatul Ulama, one of the largest Islamic social organizations in Indonesia. This research aimed to identify the beauty of language styles of his da’wa adopted from his writing Muqaddima al Qanun al Asasy. This research also analyzes the principles of building a civilized society of Sheikh Mohammed Hashim Ash'ari’s thought. This research used the descriptive method and the techniques of reading and writing to collect and to classify data. Then to analyze those data used appropriate theories. The results of this research are that the language styles of da’wa of Sheikh Mohammed Hashim Ash'ari in his writing decorated with many types of magnificence, beauty, and clear statement. These linguistic manifestations underlined his principles of building a civilized society and that are viewed from many terms used such as meeting, acquaintanceship, union, harmony, cooperation among all its members.
Humanism Civilization in the Perspective of Islamic History
This paper discusses about humanism civilization in the perspective of Islamic history. The approach taken in this journal is the historical narrative method by looking at universal values that favor human interests, expressed in a mindset, by not distinguishing on the basis of ethnicity, religion, skin color, and belief systems and religion. In addition, the author also explains that many aspects of humanity are recorded in Islamic history such as futuh mecca (conquerization of mecca). The author describes there are 4 leaders of Islamic leaders who describe humanitarian events contained in the history of Islam. This certainly awake and give direction to aspects relating to the general needs of humans including justice, equality (egalitarian) love and compassion, generosity, obedience to principles / law, environmental peace to the principles of chivalry and heroism. These universal principles are upheld and expressed by the Prophet Muhammad in his life and that is what he taught to his friends so that they will be passed on to the Muslims afterwards. The presence of this humanist civilization is like an oasis that gives thirst satisfaction to people who have the character of wisdom and have high ideals that all civilizations should elevate the degree of humanity. The impact of humanism civilization in the perspective of Islamic history is very useful because it refers to the principles of the Qur'an that give a universal message that can build humanism civilization that is embodied in the trajectory of Islamic history and continue the values of humanism's great and noble civilization.
