38 Similarities in iconographic art between rural churches from Transylvania in the 17th century and Caesarea of Cappadocia.  DOI: 10.47451/art2020-11-005 , Ioana Alexandra Popa, Doctor in Visual Arts, Lecturer, Painting Department, University of Fine Arts and Design, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Email: ioana.popa@uad.ro
The idea of the speech, goes round the importance of Byzantine art inside Transylvanian orthodox culture, in the 17th century. The Göreme monastic Complex of Caesarea of Cappadocia has a considerable list of churches with relevant importance in Byzantine iconography. The popular character of this type of art developed on the walls of these architectural jewels manifests itself in the left-handed, but expressive and with such great spontaneity drawing: also with predilection for narration that lends many elements from the illustration of the Apocryphes, which were born from people’s inclination to very detailed stories. This Byzantine style we have had for centuries and which is tight to our Christian roots, was cultivated in Wallachia and Moldova and Transylvania in the 14th and 15th centuries and the post-Byzantine style in Wallachia in the 15th and 16th centuries. There are similarities between churches raised in the 17th century in Transylvania and the ones from Caesarea of Cappadocia. We refer mainly to the iconographic painting of the hunedorian churches.

42 The Ostsee issue in the second half of the 19th century  DOI: 10.47451/his2020-12-004 , Sergey V. Lebedev, Full Professor, Doctor of Philosophical Sciences, Head of the Department of Philosophy, Higher School of Folk Arts (Academy), St Petersburg, Russia. Email: servicleb@list.ru
In the second 19th century, one of the most acute issues in the internal Russian polemics was the issue of the Ostsee (Baltic). This region had a kind of autonomy, being three self-governing Russian provinces. The indigenous people (who in the second half of the century before last acquired the names of Estonians and Latvians) were even legally considered second-class people. Russian publicists of the conservative direction, speaking out against the special order of administration of the region, largely contributed to the national development of local nationalities. This article shows the role and significance of Russian conservative publicists who fought against the German (Ostsee) orders in the region. The results of this struggle are also shown, during which it became possible to talk about the formation of the Baltic Nations from the totality of the lower classes.

The business enterprise is an object of management because it is being built and operates under the rules and norms established in the legislation of each country. The business enterprise can be also taken up as a subject of economy. The aim of the development is to analyze the peculiarities of the business enterprise, which is an open system made up of system-forming elements implying its integrated development. The methodical instruments used are based on several complementary approaches: a systematic approach and systematic analysis; a structural approach; a logical approach and a synergetic approach. Based on the principles of the systematic approach, we accept that the business enterprise is an ‘input-output system’. the ‘business enterprise’ system are: production (business), financial and economic, juridical (legal) and social. The synergy between the constituent elements of its internal environment implies not only its integrity, but it is a major prerequisite for its successful integration into the external environment conditions.

66 Peculiarities of interpretation of liability for budget legislation violation in the Russian Federation (DOI: 10.47451/jur2021-02-002, EOI: 10.11244/jur2021-02-002). Link: http://tuculart.eu/ftpgetfile.php?id=195 , Gontar, N.N., Kapitonov, A.M.
Recently, the legal liability topic for budget legislation violation is one of the most relevant topics of financial and legal (budget and legal) science and law enforcement practice. The increased attention to the issues of responsibility in the field of finance is caused by the desire to strengthen control over the development of budgetary legal relations, make the budget activities of the state and municipalities as effective as possible, and ensure financial discipline in the state. The article analyzes the features of liability for violation of the budget legislation of the Russian Federation, budget enforcement measures, as well as administrative and criminal liability for violation of the budget legislation. The author concludes that the Russian Federation has a sufficiently developed system of responsibility for budget offences undergoing constant changes and improvements. However, several issues require extensive discussion to improve the effectiveness of budget legislation and its convergence with international counterparts. The materials of the article are intended for students and specialists in the field of law dealing with the problems of Russian legislation.

68 Legal status of an expert in criminal proceedings of the Republic of Kazakhstan (DOI: 10.47451/jur2021-03-001, EOI: 10.11244/jur2021-03-001). Link: http://tuculart.eu/ftpgetfile.php?id=187 , Abdrashev, R.M., Dyusebayev, T.T., Akimbayeva, A.A.
The article reveals the problematic issues of the appointment and production of forensic examinations in the criminal procedure legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The authors of the article analyzed the norms of the criminal procedure law, as well as the current state of judicial and investigative practice on the appointment of expert examinations. In the process of analyzing the criminal procedure law, a comparison of the legal status of ‘expert and specialist’ in the legislation of Kazakhstan was also made. The analysis will allow the legislators of the post-Soviet countries to take into account the shortcomings described in the construction of the norms of the criminal procedure law. For example, an analysis of the norms of the criminal procedure law shows that today the expert is deprived of the opportunity to go beyond the list of questions. The  foregoing leads to the fact that some aspects important for the investigation remain without consideration. This negatively affects the resolution of the tasks of the criminal procedure law.

In this manner, synthesis and analysis thesis from the fragile explored field of legal ethnology, thesis “anchored in symbolic ports”, such as The Royal House of Romania (King as synecdoche of Justice), such as the royal city IaÅŸi (Romanian normative and judicial traditions), or the municipalities Alba Iulia (‘the bow and arow’ in a ‘centennial’ socio-legal ‘iconography’), ChiÅŸinău, GalaÅ£i and Târgu MureÅŸ. Missing from this painting is the supreme symbol of historical Bucovina, Suceava, the Citadel of Moldova, which, through it’s polyhistor, Simeon Florea Marian (in his capacity recognized as “the first esthetician of the fairy tale, of this species of popular epic”) contributed decisively to the resurgence of the moldavian and romanian legal-moral spirit. Today, in this voivodal framework of Suceava, I live the feeling of the closed circle, with meanings that go beyond the frontiers of simple thematic conferences. Sapiential and customary literature, popular, folkloric, oral, on Simeon Florea Marian, this venerable polyhistor of romanian culture has crystallized-forever in written and hermeneutic form marked by scientific precision, they are a fertile ground and worthy of being exploited noetically and for today’s young jurists, more dedicated to jusnaturalism, perennial legal values, principles and morality, than the positive generation of ultra-formalists, legal, bordered by uncomfortable expressions of norms endowed only with text, not meaning, in the most rigid and kelsenian way with possibility. Without being an exhaustive demonstration, but only an invitation, among others, to discover the sapiential-legal values and the jusnaturalist – moralizing, spiritual one, of the romanian popular creations, in the wider, european concert, the same thesis with apoftegmatic ‘dams’, sapientogene, the present paper could only play the role of palladium, as a catalyst for possible intellectual burns in the legal field.

The paper presents the theoretical basis of the issue of existence and application of intolerant attitudes of the majority population in relation to the minority Jewish community in Slovakia. We focus primarily on selected aspects of intolerance against Jews – specifically Slovak nationalism (i.e., political clericalism) and Jewish antisemitism. The starting point of the article is quantitative and qualitative research of Slovaks’ attitudes in the past, in which several experts revealed a negative stereotypical and negative perception of “difference”, which is understood as “not Slovak”, event. not “ours”. We point out that the given attitude extends across generations and across periods (before communism, during it and after communism, i.e. to the present). Subsequently, the text presents the observations that emerged from the survey itself. The aim of the qualitative survey was to describe and analyse the opinions and attitudes of respondents in relation to Jews in Slovakia.

The research is devoted to the ethnic problems of the Baltic region (the territory of 3 former Soviet republics – Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania). This topic remains relevant, despite the fact that these republics do not have a special global political, economic and cultural influence. The region has almost lost its industrial potential. In the Baltic States, the population is rapidly declining, returning to the figures of more than a century ago. The research shows the reasons why civil society has not developed in the Baltic States. The result is the fragmentation of society. The basis of the research is based on the historical method. Although there is a fairly significant scientific literature on the history of the region, mainly in Russian, this topic is usually reduced to the history of aboriginal peoples, which cannot be considered historically correct. The Baltic republics will gradually fade away, which will only paradoxically spur the struggle for these empty territories. The results of the study will be applicable in the field of ethnological research within the framework of the development of a single European space and the preservation of historical and cultural heritage.

The social space is constantly changing, which creates difficulties in interpreting this category. There are no ethnic groups that have lived in one place for the entire period of their history. The colonists from the Balkans had a single status, but they were not a single entity at all. A. Skalkovsky (1848) and Nikolai Derzhavin (1914) wrote about Bulgarian settlements. The formation of independent Bulgaria was promoted by the activity of national enlightenment figures in Bulgaria (V.E. Aprilov, M. Drinov, T. Minkov) and the role of the Bulgarian diaspora in Russia. Military conflicts led to the fact that the Bulgarian settlements were on different sides of the borders. After the defeat in the Crimean War, Russia temporarily (until 1878) lost a small part of southern Bessarabia. This territory was ceded to the Principality of Moldavia, a vassal state of the Ottoman Empire. The upheavals of the 20th century had a heavy impact on Bulgarians. Most of the Russian Bulgarians who lived in the province of Bessarabia were under the rule of the Romanian invaders for 22 years, until 1940. Historical and comparative methods of material analysis were used. In the course of the study, the position of the Bulgarians in the internal Russian conflicts was analyzed. The results of the research published in the article will be useful for specialists in the field of ethnology, ethnography and world history.

The issues of historical parallelism of events are relevant at all times because researchers are trying to find cyclically repeated processes in history that help to analyze the course of these processes at the present stage of society’s development, extrapolating the past to the present. The problems of the relationship of nations in the European Union, which are carefully veiled by the EU leadership, have historically ancient origins in the struggle for territories, resources, logistical benefits and political alliances. The genesis of these contradictions is clearly shown in the example of Italy as the heiress of the Roman Empire. The study aimed to identify the complex influence of ethnic migration processes that affected the Apennine Peninsula in the period from the 4th to the 12th centuries, which led to a deep social, economic and political transformation of Italian society and the creation of a basis for relations with neighbouring peoples. The origins of ethnic and cultural contradictions laid down in the period from the 4th to the 12th centuries formed in the local first nations a fairly stable wariness and relative negativism towards neighbouring ethnic groups that became descendants of migrants from the Early and Upper Middle Ages from the East and North. To solve these problems, historical, social and economic, comparative and logical research methods were used, which helped draw the necessary conclusions and conclusions. The materials of the article are intended for scientists, students and researchers in the field of the ethnology of Europe and the Apennine Peninsula.

83 The Revolt of Three Kazakh Districts (Ili, Altai, Tarbaghatai) against Chinese rule in Xinjiang: A Cold War Prologue (1944-1949) (DOI 10.47451/his2021-09-001) , Makhsat A. Alpysbes, Doctor of History Science, Department of Kazakhstan History, L.N Gumilyov Eurasian National University & Danara S. Yergaliyeva, Doctoral students of PhD, Department of Kazakhstan History, L.N Gumilyov Eurasian National University.
The article argues that the first military operation of the Cold War occurred in three provinces, populated mostly by Kazaks, in Xinjiang (northwest China): Ili, Tarbaghatai, and Altai between 1944 – 1949. The uprising, known as the Three Districts Revolution, was between the Soviet-backed East Turkestan Republic (ETR) and the Kuomintang authorities supported by the US. In 1947, a leader of the liberation movement, Ospan Batyr, changed political allegiance to Kuomintang and began fighting the East Turkestan Republic reflecting the changing struggle between the two sides. The article outlines the competition between the United States and the Soviet Union, resulting in clashes between the Kazakh groups of Ospan batyr and Dalelhan Sugirbayev, the fight for land containing tungsten mines, the Peitashang incident, which almost started World War III, and a mysterious plane crash, which killed most members of the East Turkestan Republic government and coincided with the testing of the first Soviet atomic bomb.
84 The struggle for the transition to the “royal faith”. From the History of Orthodoxy in the Baltic States (DOI 10.47451/his2021-09-002). , Sergey V. Lebedev & Galina N. Lebedeva
The study relevance lies in the fact that in the public consciousness in our time, the Baltic States are defined as a border region, which is associated with the clash of different religions, languages and cultures. It is also connected with the problems of self-identification of peoples, especially after the collapse of the USSR. The cultural-historical and comparative methods are the main methods of research. The Baltic States are the territory of the former Livonia, which later makes up three Russian provinces – Estonia, Courland, and Livonia. These provinces formed a separate general government of the Russian Empire – the Baltic Region. According to the German name of the Baltic Sea – Ostsee, this region was even called Ostsee in the Russian press (now it is the area of Estonia and Latvia). Orthodoxy was the first Christian confession that came to the present-day Latvia, and Estonia territory in the 11th century from neighbouring Russian regions. Russian Orthodoxy has been subjected to various oppressions in various periods. The study purpose is to analyze the struggle for the transition to the “royal faith” in the Baltic States. To achieve the study purpose, archival materials and materials from the works of leading Russian, Estonian, Latvian, and Polish historians in the field of the topic were used. The study authors conclude that the indigenous inhabitants of the Baltic States were not only loyal subjects of the Russian emperors but also loyal citizens of the USSR. And the issues of religion play a decisive role in the identification and fate of peoples, being the main issue in the border and developed territories.
85 On the new accents in rethinking the history of the Golden Horde (in the understanding of the unity of the Turkic community) (in Russian) (DOI 10.47451/his2021-09-003)  , Makhsat A. Alpysbes
The article’s author undertakes the rethinking of certain interesting facts of the history of Ulug Ulus – the Golden Horde, through the scientific interpretation of the works of Abai, Shakarim, Mashhur Zhusup, and is aimed at analyzing views on the history of Ulug Ulus in the context of the unity of the Turkic peoples. This kind of discussion provides us with an opportunity to present a new vision of this issue, as well as to identify the necessary new accents to the consideration and presentation of the history of the Golden Horde state, to assess its role in the history of the Great Steppe. Research on the history of Ulug Ulus is now in demand by a wide readership and is very relevant. To date, there are many monographic studies, collections of materials, anthologies, scientific articles on the history of the Golden Horde that are popular and well-known among experts. There were publications, articles and books that consider particular and specific issues of the history of the Golden Horde. These works are for the most part works of generalizing nature, contributing to the assimilation of the given material, and their conclusions, comprehension, presentation and explanation of historical facts and events in the history of this state were carried out within the framework of the Soviet historical school. In teaching history, Golden Horde history is most often presented only as a period or stage of history, while in Soviet publications it was most often presented as the process of enslavement of peoples, as a one-sided interpretation, and there was an established name “Tatar-Mongol invasion”, “Tatar-Mongol yoke”. Nowadays such new concepts as “Turkic-Tatar states”, “Turkic state” are sometimes used. Of course, in the conditions of hanging such labels, there could be no question of any objective view of the history of Ulug Ulus. We need the new view of the history of the Turkic peoples, free from prejudices, labels and clichés. As we see it, it is necessary to make a transition from the views and judgments that have developed within the framework of external sources and external historiography to the priority of internal sources and internal historiography. We propose to implement the experience of this kind of new vision by referring to the historical memory of the carriers and subjects of this history – the Turkic Kazakhs and other Turkic ethnic groups. So, for example, if you delve into the works of pre-revolutionary Kazakh authors, Abai, Shakarim, Mashhur-Zhusup, which were written before the establishment of the dominance of the Soviet paradigm in history, Chingiz Kagan appears to us not as an oppressor, but as a collector of the heritage and lands of the Turkic kagans.
86 The aristocracy of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania – Sarmatism, pollination and “remembering” about its origin (DOI 10.47451/his2021-09-004) , Sergey V. Lebedev
The history of the development of the ruling elite invariably arouses interest not only among professional historians, but also among those who are commonly called “ordinary people”. Of course, in every country and in every historical epoch, the ruling elite has its own characteristics. The feudal elite of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania has passed a special path stretching for six centuries, repeatedly changing nationality and religion, but at the same time preserving its main features and mentality. The article is devoted to the processes of formation and development of the aristocracy of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania in the period from the 14th to the 20th centuries. The domination of a very numerous and ambitious estate created a unique sociopolitical system of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, largely inherited by the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth after the merger of Lithuania and Poland into one state. After the disappearance of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth from the political map of the world, the aristocracy experienced significant social changes that caused changes in the ethnic identity of the former aristocracy.

88 Features of lobbyism development in Ukraine (in Uktainian) (DOI 10.47451/pol2021-09-002) , Oleh Samoilenko
The study briefly reviewed and summarized some of the most common scientific approaches to identifying the problem of lobbying in Ukraine. The main lobbying trends and problems are described. In particular, special attention was paid to the substantiation of legislative initiatives to legalize lobbying in Ukraine as a specific type of professional activity. The main preconditions to realize the idea of legislative consolidation of lobbying activity are defined. Certain obstacles to the possibility of synchronizing lobbying activities with the current anti-corruption legislation have also been substantiated. The main stages of the model of lobbying development in Ukraine are substantiated. Relevant conclusions have been made on the legal basis for solving the problem of legalization of lobbying, in particular, the emphasis is on the existence of several potential advantages of this process. One of the main advantages of legalizing lobbying in Ukraine may be the withdrawal from the shadow trade of significant amounts of funds, which are currently circulating in the relations system of illegal lobbying. Taxation of these funds can be an additional source of replenishment of the state budget. According to the research results, the author offers his vision for solving the problems of lobbying development in Ukraine. It is determined that the  implementation of initiatives to legalize lobbying in Ukraine, on the one hand, will strengthen the right of businesses to defend their interests before public authorities, and on the other, will provide the latter with clear levers to legally assess lobbyists and their necessary regulation.
89 Innovation policies in five leading countries in Latin America (in Bulgarian) (DOI 10.47451/man2021-08-001)  , Plamen Marinov Pavlov
The importance of innovation for economic growth and for improving people's quality of life in recent years is palpable. In this regard, it is important to study the policies that countries implement to improve innovation activity. The aim of the article is to identify various levers, models and specific incentives for innovation and research and development (R&D) in the five leading Latin American countries in this field and to draw conclusions and guidelines that are useful for both from a scientific point of view, as well as for the improvement of the innovation policy of Bulgaria. After studying the specifics, it was found that innovation policy plays an important role in the five countries studied. In some of them, such as Costa Rica and Colombia, good efficiency is achieved in the implementation of various measures in this area. But further and focused work on innovation and R&D is still needed to achieve satisfactory results.
90 Comprehensive assessment of the base of mathematical modelling of production business processes (DOI 10.47451/man2021-09-001) , Petr V. Komissarov
The relevance of mathematical modelling lies in finding the correct quantitative characteristics (indicators, parameters) of the effectiveness of the functioning of the process under study, identifying quantitative estimates of the relationships between its elements. Based on the simulation results, the best parameters of the designed equipment and the optimal or rational variant of the production process are selected. The characteristics of the process may vary depending on the purpose. In technological tasks, they are related to the quality of the products and productivity, and the components of any process are usually taken into account simultaneously. The purpose of this study is to analyze various aspects of the use of mathematical modelling in the design of production business processes. In the study course, the mathematical modelling essence was analyzed, the features of the mathematical model development were determined, and the features of mathematical modelling of production business processes were revealed. The author concludes that the mathematical basis for modelling production processes is used at all levels and typologies of business processes starting from micro-processes of task execution or product production to the macro-processes of enterprise management or order (project) implementation. The complexity of using the mathematical base lies in the diversity of business processes and a wide variety of production processes, which requires constant development of numerical methods and algorithms for the correct implementation of the processes themselves and their complex chains.
91 Trends in the development of investments from business angels in Europe and Bulgaria (in Bulgarian) (DOI 10.47451/man2021-10-001) , Vladislav Valchinov
Investments by business angels represent a relatively new approach to financing businesses in the initial phase of their development. The size of the market in Europe has been on the rise in recent years, reaching 8.04 billion. Thus, funding through business angels is becoming an important part of the tools that SMEs can use. A relatively small share of this amount is invested in Bulgaria, while some of the traditionally largest recipients of business angel investments are positioned in Europe. This gives rise to the goal of identifying trends in the development of the investment market by business angels in Europe and Bulgaria. More in-depth knowledge in this area will help to form steps for further development. Comparative, historical, logical and analytical methods were used to fulfill the objectives of the study. The author concludes that the key role is played by the individual characteristics of the business angels, as well as the characteristics of the sectors. The propensity to invest in technological and innovative enterprises is favorable for Bulgaria due to the development of the ICT sector of the country. Concrete steps are also needed to support through incentives and regulations.
92 Basic principles application of the ABC methodology in human resource management at the enterprise (DOI 10.47451/man2021-10-002) , Alexander Buychik
The main problem of modern human resource management is the automation and optimization of the work of the administrative and managerial division employees and workers, whose professional activities are within the framework of project activities but not controlled by the conveyor process. The relevance of this topic arose in the last quarter of the 20th century and is increasingly increasing at present. Automation involves the use of equipment, software and methodologies, which allow automating business processes, reducing “manual labour”, and minimizing the risks of the human factor. Business processes optimization involves the search for efficiency in methodological transformations of working conditions, i.e., simplification and acceleration of processes while maintaining the quality level. The study purpose is to develop the ABC methodology, which involves the use of triplicity in positioning the calculation of indicators of various system parameters. In the study course, analytical, logical, comparative research methods and modelling methods were used. Materials and works of leading and modern researchers in the field of labour management and automation were used to implement the study. The author concludes that the ABC methodology has several objective advantages both in its model and the mathematical component, which makes it possible to borrow and adapt the methodology for any enterprise where business processes can be applied.
93 Innovative development of science on the basis of noosphere world understanding, noo-knowledge and methodology of noo-scientific cognition (in Ukrainian) (DOI 10.47451/phi2021-09-001) , Volodymyr F. Kapitsa
The essence of the noosphere-cognitive approach in the innovative development of science, the process of forming the scientific reality of noosphere knowledge and cognition is revealed. The noosphere nomonology of research programs and the corresponding basic principles of noosphere-programmable methodology of innovative research are presented. Five clusters of noosphere research program for the implementation of design noo-innovations have been identified. The development and implementation of such programs is a critical problem of innovative development of science in the areas of formation of noosphere-scientific world understanding, noosphere episthemology and methodology of noo-science. The article reveals that in Noonan logical cognition the methods of worldview-methodological reflection, systemnomonological forecasting of innovations, information-semantic method and method of creativesynergistic synthesis, methods of noosphere-semiotic programming, noosphere-imprintine modeling in noo-mental patterns and constructs of noosphere-technological NT praxis are used most effectively.
94 Nikolai Onufrievich Lossky’s intuitivism: philosophy of music (DOI 10.47451/phi2021-10-001) , Alexander S. Klujev
The article reveals the features of philosophical ideas about the music of N.O. Lossky. It is established that Lossky’s philosophical judgments about music are organically connected with his philosophical doctrine – intuitivism. The study purpose is to learn the philosophy of music through the Nikolai Onufrievich Lossky’s intuitivism. The most important, from the point of view of the author of the article, provisions of Lossky’s intuitivism are noted: 1) intuitivism provides a direct vision of the object by the knowing subject in the original, and not by means of a copy, symbol, construction, etc.; 2) intuitivism is based on intuition, acting in three types (modes): sensual, intellectual and mystical, while taking into account the legitimization of two spheres by the philosopher: the world and the Superworld (the Kingdom of God), sensual and intellectual intuition work in the world, mystical intuition prepares a breakthrough into the Superworld (the Kingdom of God). It is shown that music is an integral component – a staple – of Lossky’s philosophical doctrine. It is argued that, according to Lossky, it is music that contributes to the most distinct vision of the object by the cognizing subject in the original, and the full realization of the mission intended for them by all three types of intuition. Comparative, historical and logical research methods were used to solve the tasks. The study used the works of the author, Nikolai Lossky and prominent philosophers such as B.V. Asafyev, A. Bergson, A.F. Losev, P.A. Florensky, and the memoirs of Prince E.N. Trubetskoy.
95 The problem of postmodern perception (DOI 10.47451/phi2021-10-002) , Sergey V. Lebedev
The concept of “postmodern” has turned from a philosophical term into a fashionable word, used incredibly widely by a variety of people under a variety of circumstances. As is often the case with popular words, it becomes difficult to give a concrete and generally accepted definition of what lies behind the concept of postmodernity. Postmodernism is also understood as the latest artistic and architectural trends. It seems that as many people as there are postmoderns. The study aimed to clarify the detection of postmodernism in philosophical thought based on the modern paradigm. In the study course, historical, comparative and logical methods were applied. To solve the research tasks, the works of leading modern specialists in postmodernism were used. The author concludes that the beginning of the 21st century will go down in history as a time of timelessness: no great ideas, no great feats, even no great crimes. On the other hand, Russia can take a leading place in the post-Western world if only it does not forget that it is a Eurasian country with its development path.
96 Pan-Slavism: the history of the geopolitical idea (DOI 10.47451/phi2021-10-003) , Galina N. Lebedeva
The article examines the phenomenon of “pan-Slavism” as an attempt to explain the variety of problems associated with the cultural, ethnic and political unity of the Slavs. For the first time, the ideology of pan-Slavism arose among the Western Slavs, which then reached Russia. For the Slavs, the ideas of pan-Slavism were a means of self-defence against the threat of assimilation and dissolution in the surrounding peoples. In addition to political and social, most foreign Slavs also experienced cultural humiliation. In the Russian Empire and the USSR, pan-Slavism had an oppositional character. The author used historical, logical, comparative and other methods to achieve the study tasks. In the study course, famous pan-Slavism philosophers’ works of the past and present are used. The author concludes that pan-Slavism played an outstanding role in awakening the national consciousness of the Slavic peoples, including those aliens to Russia, by suspending the assimilation of the Slavs by Western and Eastern conquerors. The Balkan Slavs generally gained independence from the hands of Russia.
97 Personality. Person. Character (DOI: 10.47451/ped2021-12-001) , Ioana Perescu
This article is based on the research the author undertook in order to develop my doctoral thesis – The organicity of speaking disorders in theatre and film, a defining statement in the construction of the characters. The purpose of my entire work, entitled, the organicity of speaking disorders in theatre and film, a defining statement in the construction of the characters, was to perform a series of vocal training exercises that would lead to the natural use by actors of a speech defect. Therefore, verbal language is very important for an actor; it is part of the whole mechanism of the actor’s art. If it does not work perfectly, the other elements will suffer as well. But what is the connection between speech and personality? Does speech influence our personality or does personality influence our speech? The author thinks that both variants can be valid for the study of a character. If the text gives us information about the way a character speaks, if he is stuttering, e.g., we can start the analysis from this aspect. Or if, after reading, we consider that a character falls into a certain category of temperament / personality, the based on these data, we can build his verbal behaviour.
98 Retrospective analysis of physical ability to 9-year-old students (DOI: 10.47451/ped2021-12-002) , Miroslava Petkova & Milena Aleksieva
Physical capacity is not an inherent human quality. It is formed, developed and improved. It is achieved with a systematic and well-chosen training routine, which can lead to quantitative and qualitative changes in human capabilities when performing motor actions in a particular environment. The purpose of the present study is to analyze the results of the studied indicators of physical performance of 9-year-old students for a 12-year period (2007-2019). The subjects are 9-year-old students, distributed in equal numbers – 50 in four groups, subjected to testing every 4 years during the school years 2007/2008, 2011/2012, 2015/2016 and 2019/2020. The survey was conducted at the beginning of each school year. The following methods are applied to solve the problems and achieve the goal of the experiment: 1. Testing – includes 5 indicators for measuring physical capacity. 2. Mathematical-statistical methods – Variation, comparative and graphical analysis are used. The results obtained from the variation analysis are presented in tabular and graphical form. Tables 2-5 show the achievements after statistical processing of the data taken by means of tests carrying information about the physical capacity of 9-year-old students during the 12-year period, and Figures 1 and 2 show the variability of the studied indicators for different periods of time. Despite that, main conclusion of the study is that the physical capacity of 9-year-old students in 2019 is significantly improving. The tendency to observe a sedentary lifestyle, obesity and reduced physical activity in students is refuted by the present experiment. With regard to the first two indicators characterizing the explosive power of the lower and upper limbs, it can be summarized that in 2019 the average values in the test “Long jump from a place with two legs” have significantly increased, and in the indicator “Throwing a solid ball”, the results have significantly decreased. For the other three indicators, determining the speed, endurance and flexibility of the surveyed students, it is found that the average values in 2019 are much better in comparison to those of the surveyed students in preceding periods. Research shows that the four samples for the period 2007-2019 are relatively homogeneous in all indicators of physical capacity.
99 Learning model for handball sports education , Rositsa Dimkova
The mоdel used in this study is rеsearch and dеvelopment. This prоposal is clearly inspirеd by аge-appropriate, game-appropriate and action-оriented didactic models and includes crоss-rеferences to the current stаte-оf-thе-аrt of tеaching cоncеpts for the sport games as well as to the Bulgarian curriculum for the subject “physical еxercise and sports”. This methodological аpproach can develop аspects of mоtor skills, mental skills, sоcial skills, emotional stability, etc. The aspects developed in this way will have a positive effect on a proper and healthy lifestyle by introducing selected physical activity. In thе last few yеars, we have bеen developing diffеrent concepts to make handball in school even more attractive and interesting, for еxample, by offering special mеasures for training physical education teachers or developing teaching materials and cоncepts for different age groups. One of the goals of sports education is to increase the popularity of sports games and to attract more athletes, especially in our case of handball. Games are called modified because they represent a dilute, modified form of the main game. They can be competitive or collaborative and are recommended at any level of education. An impоrtant aspect in this context is the pоsition of handball as part of physicаl educatiоn in schools and rеlevant institutiоns such as univеrsities, cоlleges and оthers. The principlеs of tеaching are: mоdernity, аdaptation to sociаl and cоgnitive аbilitiеs of the studеnt, rеlevance and sustаinability of knоwledge. Establishment of the basic course of motion handball learning through sport education model is expected to give a clear picture of the differences between conventional learning with the learning of athletic competition. The sports е educational model is also oriented to direct student involvement trough competitions in handball as part of the educational program.
100 Rhythmical models of folk art – a way to educational integrity (in Bulgarian) / Към цялостност в образованието – чрез ритмичните модели на народното изкуство , Liuba Atanasova Zlatkova
The paper describes the folk art/folklore as a system with different elements (each individual art), which work and coexist, forming a symbiosis. Every single art has its own characteristics, but its development depends on the others. These parts – the trinity, called folk song (music, poetry and dance); the fairy-tale; the proverb – came to us thanks to word-of-mouth. However, folk art is not just that, it is also a ritual bread, embroidery, an ancient Bulgarian home. This entirety has its own symbols, that give us knowledge of everything – of who are we and what our Way is. Rhythm is the founding principle, upon which this entirety is built. Understanding folk art as a symbiosis, a hologram and a system may help children see not only the different parts of the world, but the world as a whole, and that could potentially change the entire educational paradigm.
101 Therapeutic Letters in Bibliotherapy (in Slovak) / Terapeutický denník v biblioterapii (DOI: 10.47451/ped2022-01-02) , Kvetoslava Kotrbova

She reports that therapeutic letters are suitable preventive and at the same time therapeutic method to help cope with difficult life situations not only for adults but also for children.
102 Teaching and learning in higher education during Covid 19 pandemic – a comparative study (DOI: 10.47451/ped2022-01-03) , Monica Turturean
Since March 2020, when lock-down was imposed in Romania, education has been hit very hard and all educational institutions have suffered major, irrecoverable losses. According to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO), over 800 million learners from around the world have been affected, 1 in 5 learners cannot attend school, 1 in 4 cannot attend higher education classes, and over 102 countries have ordered nationwide school closures while 11 have implemented localized school closure. Grant Kasowanjete, GCE Global Coordinator says: “Governments and civil society concerted efforts that mobilize resources, and expertise to address the impact of COVID-19 on education is urgently required. This process should include developing long term strategies to address the needs of education in emergencies”. Bania and Banerjee (2020) show that universities from all over the world have responded to COVID-19 differently: some have continued face-to-face teaching with social distancing (e.g., the University of Queensland, Australia), while others have deferred all academic activities (e.g., the Oxford University, UK). In Romania, the situation was dramatic during the lock-down period, all universities had to switch to online teaching, which took them unprepared, both teachers and students. The study purpose is to identify the perception / opinion of university teachers from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi (Al.I. Cuza) and from Gheorghe Asachi Technical university of Iasi (Gh, Asachi) regarding the effects of pandemic COVID 19 for their teaching and learning. The Statistical Package for Social Science Program (SPSS) was used to summarize and run correlation on data obtained from the survey. Therefore, we conducted a comparative study between 2 universities in the area of Moldova, to see the opinion of teachers related to online teaching at that time and its negative effects.
103 Exploration of Time in Jeff Wall’s Photography (DOI: 10.47451/art2022-02-02) , Luca Mixich
Conceptual photography, since the 1960’s, has developed a different approach to photographing than any other photographical genre. Its main focus was on the concept behind the image, on its idea. However, my aim, in this article, is to analyze a variation of conceptual photography, more precisely the narrative one, its history and aesthetics, but also how it was explored by Jeff Wall (b. 1946) and how the Canadian artist approached and integrated time in his photographs. The main purpose of this article is to understand Jeff Wall’s place in the history of staged photography and to understand how he developed a creative type of visual narration and its relationship to time. This aspect will be seen in relation to the idea of fiction because the imaginary narration is closely linked with the progression of time. Also, this analysis could be particularly relevant in the context of photographical studies because it focuses on an aspect that has quite psychological and aesthetical depth but it is not present in the field of artistic academic research, namely the connection between fiction and photography. It can also be seen trans- and interdisciplinary

105 Theory of quantitative analysis of the states of transport flows / Теорія кількісного аналізу станів транспортних потоків (10.47451/inn2022-03-01) , Valeriy I. Huk, & Helena V. Zaporozhtseva
The effective use of the provisions of the traffic flow states theory for practical purposes becomes possible only when theoretical concepts acquire a concrete and precise character in a quantitative form. At the same time, the completeness of quantitative information sufficient for technical applications has been achieved, when each of the quantities important for the transport process will be defined as a function of arguments, characterizing the traffic flow movement. To solve the problems of the organization of motor transport road traffic based on the synthesis of the theory of traffic flows states and the theory of similarity and dimensionality, new complex criteria for evaluating congestions of states and traffic control algorithms are presented. The authors conclude that the application of the generalized variables method makes it possible to obtain not only a quantitative assessment of various sections of streets and roads from the standpoint of traffic safety and efficiency, but also to determine criteria for traffic management, which are the basis of real-time control algorithms.

The article presents the results of the study of vocationally oriented training in Ukraine applied in teaching and advanced training of students and veterinary specialists. The pedagogical approach related to introducing elements of technological and pedagogical supervision into practical classes, which was developed based on our own experience in animal breeding, significantly optimizes the acquisition of basic diagnostic and technological techniques used in modern biotechnology of cattle reproduction. The authors conclude that integration into the European educational space requires studying international experience in application of dual education at agrarian educational institutions and Ukrainian methodological works, which will improve vocationally oriented education. Technological and pedagogical support (supervision) is an efficient way of practical training of veterinary students and advanced training of practitioners.
109 Personality-oriented study of lyrics in lessons of Ukrainian and foreign literature / Особистісно-орієнтоване вивчення лірики на уроках української та зарубіжної літератури (DOI: 10.47451/ped2022-04-01) , Natalia V. Chernysh
The study relevance is due to the need to modernize the didactic ways of considering poetry in institutions of secondary school education in the lessons of Ukrainian and foreign literature, caused, firstly, by the introduction of meaningful and poetically complex works into the programs and, secondly, by the need for comprehensive consideration of the age-related psychological characteristics of schoolchildren as readers. Lyrics, along with epic and drama, are studied in every class. The analysis of lyrical works causes the most difficulties for teachers of literature, since this literary genre is psychologically complex and requires developed feelings that are not always inherent in students. Through psychological lack of formation, small life experience, mainly objective thinking, schoolchildren find it difficult to perceive complex metaphors, psychological drawing, subtexts, philosophical thoughts that characterize the lyrics. The article discusses the features of the personality-oriented study of lyrical works in the lessons of Ukrainian and foreign literature. The main attention is focused on a number of innovations that correspond to the fundamental ideas of personality-oriented learning and contribute to their implementation: interactive learning, suggestopedic learning, the eidetics method, literary play, new information technologies and the like.

In the last decade, the religious factor has been observed in almost most military conflicts in the world, including Russia’s war against Ukraine. Such processes threatening the modern world order force us to turn to political and legal concepts. Based on historical sources and scientific literature, the author analyses the foundations of the Christian “just war” doctrine, which developed during the Middle Ages and did not undergo significant changes until the Second Vatican Council (1963-1965). It is shown that the architects of the “just war” doctrine were medieval Christian authors, starting with Ambrose of Milan, but the author of the “just war” doctrine as such was Thomas Aquinas. Without much change, the doctrine was supplemented by later scholastics, including Francisco de Vitoria. This topic also has scientific value to study the role of traditions, including religious and ethical ones, and war and armed conflicts are such human existence elements, which occupy an important place in it throughout the history of mankind.

Society is increasingly in need of new forms of socially oriented activities, one of which is social entrepreneurship. Social entrepreneurship changes people’s lives, improves their living environment, increases welfare, creates conditions for access of socially vulnerable groups to the benefits of the modern world. In modern realities, social entrepreneurship is positioned as an innovative form of business, able to implement innovations, economic and social solutions to social problems, including poverty, support for vulnerable groups, environmental protection, human rights, energy security, conservation and restoration of land resources, uneven distribution of capital etc. Social entrepreneurship does not exclude profitability, but in the first place there is the solution of social problems or the creation of social value to help society. To do this, use effective business models that ensure sustainable development of the enterprise. In many countries, social entrepreneurship is an indicator of the most progressive and “human” business. Crowdfunding is considered to be an effective mechanism for financing social business as an opportunity to involve a significant number of entities in the implementation of a social action project, which is interested in its implementation because it corresponds to their own invested funds. The possibility of implementing social entrepreneurship projects with the participation of the crowdfunding mechanism depends on how mature the society is.

129 Traceability as an element of the system of state control over the goods turnover (DOI: 10.47451/jur2022-01-02) , Nina N. Gontar, Anastasia Y. Galina
The priority areas of the state’s activities include ensuring the national security of the Russian Federation and controlling the turnover of illegal products. National security, including food security, is conditioned by many factors. One of them is the possibility of traceability of the goods movement at all stages of their turnover and control over the safety of such goods. Documentary traceability is not transparent. There is no possibility to track the goods movement in real-time. Also, paper accompanying documents are easily forged, which allows you to enter the market of illegal (counterfeit and falsified) products. The purpose of the study is to analyse the features of the Concept of creating and functioning in the Russian Federation of a system of labelling goods using identification and traceability of the movement of goods. Analytical, logical, and historical methods were used to achieve the purpose and solve the research tasks. In the study course, materials of state and international documents were used: federal laws, resolutions and orders of the Government of the Russian Federation, the National Marking System “Honest MARK”. The authors conclude that the traceability development is extremely significant for the management of commodity flows, tax deductions, and product quality since despite the sufficiently debugged and digitized goods’ labelling system on the Russian Federation territory and its compatibility with labelling control systems in other countries, there are still some elements of the system that allow bypassing it.
130 Принцип «верховенства права» в організації та діяльності правоохоронних органів України / “Rule of law” principle in the organisation and activity of law enforcement authorities of Ukraine (in Ukrainian) (DOI: 10.47451/jur2022-04-01) , Iryna N. Korostashova
: The article is devoted to the issues of normative-legal regulation of the “rule of law” principle in the laws regulating the organisation and activity of law enforcement authorities of Ukraine and the problems of its implementation by officials of these enforcement authorities. The author of the article determines the levels of legal regulation of the “rule of law” principle, analyses its essence and content and composition of its substantive elements. The system of law enforcement authorities has been researched and three groups of such authorities have been highlighted. The first group includes law enforcement agencies, which are divided into two subgroups: of narrow specialisation – authorised to provide criminal law protection and broad specialisation – authorised to implement – criminal law protection and administrative protection. The second group includes law enforcement authorities to carry out administrative and legal protection (control and supervision). The third group includes human rights bodies and persons providing public services. The analysis of the meaning of the term “law enforcement agencies” used in the Constitution of Ukraine was realised. The analysis of the norms of national legislation regulating the organisation and activity of law enforcement agencies on the existence of standardisation of the “rule of law” principle, determination of its content and the existence of a mechanism for implementing the of “rule of law” principle in the activities of law enforcement officials. Certain shortcomings of legal regulation were revealed. Proposals for improving national legislation governing the organization and activities of law enforcement agencies have been formulated. Proposals are provided, the implementation of which will raise the level of knowledge and legal culture of law enforcement officers and facilitate their exercise of powers in accordance with the “rule of law” principle like improve of internal (departmental) and of external (extrajudicial) control (including judicial) over law enforcement authorities.
131 Agenda Ahead for Classical Languages in the Context of National Education Policy – 2020 (DOI: 10.47451/ped2022-01-03) , Vishwanatha
The term classical is also liberally used in the sense of excellence in quality along with antiquity, universality, idealism, clarity/reason, and humanitarian outlook. As Sheldon Pollock points out, “These books [classical texts] are not just for rasikas or lovers of poetry or the professional historian. If you look at the definition of ‘classical’ in the Western tradition, they use the phrase ‘perpetualcontemporaneity’. The classical is always what is already familiar to us. It’s as if you go to the classical because you want to rediscover yourself.” The present paper examines the challenges and opportunities in the field of classical Kannada literature in the light of National Education Policy 2020. The author concludes that according to new reports, as a part of the process to implement the new National Education Policy, the government has asked the National Council for Education Research and Training (NCERT) to come up with National Curriculum Frameworks (NCFs) for school, earlychildhood, teacher and adult education. University Grants Commission (UGC) had sought suggestions to the revised draft National Curriculum Framework on the guidelines of “fostering social responsibility and community engagement in higher education institutions in India”.
132 Сучасний вищій навчальний заклад: типи навчання і комплекс підходів до дидактичної взаємодії в ньому / Modern higher school: types of education and a complex of approaches to didactic interaction in it (in Ukrainian) (DOI: 10.47451/ped2022-04-04) , Oksana I. Plaksina
Modern society is characterized by globalization, scientification and technicalisation of life, which also attracts in its orbit the sphere of higher education. At the same time, scientists note the urgent need for specialists with higher education who have a holistic training – taking into account the multidimensional space of all forms of social competences. Their preparation requires the improvement of didactic interaction and types of learning. Therefore, this study is actual, and the purpose of the article is to deep the knowledge about the optimization of higher education by introducing new approaches to didactic interaction and the corresponding types of learning. Methods of work are analysis, synthesis, observation, methods of typology, complementarity, logical, historical and comparative. The publication uses the works of didactics and specialists in higher school pedagogy: V.A. Kan-Kalik, T. Janek and L.V. Kondrashova, A.I. Kuzminsky, M.M. Fitsula and others, philosophers M. Buber, M.S. Kagan, O.N. Leontiev, S.L. Rubinstein and J. Huizinga. The new scientific results are received: the essence of didactic interaction and types of learning in higher education was determined; an array of five approaches to didactic interaction in the university is defined, which implements the subject-subject participation of teachers and students in the course of learning – personality-oriented, task, dialogic, simulation-game and competence-creative approaches; their content is revealed and it is established which demonstrations of learning is each of the approaches.
133 Цифровізація вищої освіти та особливості інтерактивного навчання / Digitalization of higher education and features of interactive learning (in Ukrainian) (DOI: 10.47451/ped2022-04-05) , Olena Khandii, Nataliia Derzhak
The digital space and its constant development is causing changes in society itself, transforming it into a digital society. The modern world requires from the individual not only theoretical knowledge, but, above all, flexible skills and the ability to use them throughout life in constantly changing and unusual or even problematic situations. Modern society is moving from a society of knowledge to a society of competent citizens. That is why the necessary condition for the effective and efficient use of digital technologies in all life processes is the possession of computer literacy by citizens, which is inextricably linked with one of the key competencies – digital. Non-availability or lack of digital skills in staff affects the increase in the cost of enterprises to attract consulting organizations that help make digital decisions and solve digital problems. New demands of employers to the workforce cause changes in educational processes and educational programs. The digitalization of higher education creates opportunities to improve the quality of education on the one hand, and on the other hand, has shortcomings and problems that need to be addressed or taken into account in the educational process. The article is devoted to the study of the advantages and problems of digitalization of the educational process and the study of the features of interactive learning.
134 Інтринсивна та екстринсивна мотивацiя студентiв при вивченнi iноземноï мови / Students’ intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in a foreign language learning (in Ukrainian) (DOI: 10.47451/ped2022-04-06) , Yuliia V. Kovryha
The article is devoted to the analysis of two types of motivation in a foreign language learning, namely – intrinsic (internal) and extrinsic (external). John M. Keller’s educational model of motivation and its main components (attention, relevance, confidence and satisfaction) has been analyzed. The stages of motivational design proposed by John M. Keller have also been under our consideration. The article describes the types of motivation and what is related to it. Thus, the basis of intrinsic motivation is satisfaction with the process of activity itself, the results of intrinsically motivated behavior have a longer lasting effect and a higher degree of quality. This type of motivation has its varieties (communicative, linguistic and instrumental) and a number of factors that affect its strengthening. We also considered external motivation, its varieties (externally regulated, introjected regulation, regulation through identification, integrated regulation) and found that the support of others and a sense of competence are key factors in forming the autonomy of external motivation.
135 Features of the structural role of the sacred in the system of spatio-temporal coordinates of the ethnic world picture (DOI: 10.47451/phi2022-04-01) , Nadya A. Lebyedyeva
In our time of progress, a world in which innovative technologies are rapidly developing, the problem of the structural role of the sacred in the space-time coordinate system of the ethnic world picture remains relevant. The study’s purpose is to consider the features of the structural role of the sacred in the system of spatio-temporal coordinates of the ethnic world picture. In the course of this research, the author of the article set the following tasks: to consider scientific sources of foreign and Ukrainian scientists and to analyze and synthesize the acquired knowledge. The method of a systematic approach to the study of the researched problem is used. The article has a problem-theoretical character and may be of interest to foreign scholars because it contains knowledge acquired by Ukrainian scientists. As a result of the research it was concluded that the sacred as a filling of the spiritual space has its development in time, embodied through social processes, which together fill the picture of the world of the ethnos.
Conceptual pluralism of religious and philosophical thought in Ukraine in the late 19th and early 20th centuries (in Ukrainian) (DOI: 10.47451/phi2022-04-02) , Valeriy Stetsenko, Roman Galuiko
The conceptual pluralism of religious and philosophical thought in Ukraine in the late 19th and early 20th centuries was considered. Its main directions, ideological connection with the corresponding directions and currents of Western European and domestic philosophy are analyzed. In particular, the peculiarities of religious and philosophical views of O. Kozlov, O. Gilyarov, G. Chelpanov, S. Bulgakov, E. Trubetsky, V. Zenkovsky, G. Florovsky, L. Shestov and M. Berdyaev, whose life and work it the late 19th and early 20th centuries were related to Ukraine. Their personal contribution to the development of philosophy in Ukraine and its integration into the same European philosophical process was clarified. Thus, the works of O. Kozlov and O. Gilyarov were greatly influenced by the ideas of panpsychism, in the context of which they in their original teachings uniquely interpreted the theocentric doctrine. The most influential follower of neo-Kantianism in the academic philosophy of Ukraine in the late 19th and early 20th century was G. Chelpanov. In contrast to these philosophers, typical representatives of spiritual philosophy – V. Zenkovsky and G. Florovsky substantiated in their philosophizing the traditional Orthodox doctrine of theocentric. S. Bulgakov and E. Trubetskoy, following their ideological predecessor V. Solovyov, developed various sophiological concepts of “metaphysics of omnipresence”. L. Shestov and M. Berdyaev became the creators of special versions of existential-humanistic philosophy within the “new religious consciousness”, for which they are also considered to be prominent representatives of religious personalism.
137 Дотримання релігійної свободи під час пандемії ковід-19 / Exercising religious freedom during covid-19 pandemic (in Ukrainian) (DOI: 10.47451/phi2022-05-01) , Olga V. Dobrodum, Eduard I. Martinuk, Olena E. Nykytchenko
The article presents a review of pandemic aspects of religious freedom. It is noted that in democracies, freedom of conscience has not been reproduced without problems, and non-democracies have persecuted believers, often emphasizing that this does not impede religious freedom in their countries. Democracies find it harder to fight the pandemic than more authoritarian countries, but outside democracies, and in some cases not to the same extent, freedom of conscience suffers from both sporadic violations and persistent obstacles. In countries where believers have been persecuted, this disease has only become part of the repression and has intensified it, including vaccination, which is another means of discriminating against members of religious organizations who are persecuted. In the current situation, even authoritarian states have an understanding of the importance of collective immunity, and although totalitarian or authoritarian regimes promote vaccination, it does not promote freedom of conscience as such. In this study of religious freedom at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, we emphasized its uniqueness in the constellation of all other human rights and freedoms, and at the same time the need to respect all these rights and freedoms for its realization. In our scientific work, we have warned against the inadmissibility of overgrowth of temporary restrictions on freedom of religion or belief due to the need to implement quarantine regulations to persecute believers outside of this global crisis. The vast majority of violations of religious freedom during the pandemic occurred in countries where even before the spread of the coronavirus, religious minorities were pressured, discriminated against and repressed.
138 Citizenship patriotism as a new model of patriotism: theoretical and methodological basis (DOI: 10.47451/pol2022-04-01) , Inna Semenets-Orlova, Oleksandr Mykhailych, Nataliia Protasova, Valentyna Poltorak
Political transit determines two main prerequisites for a successful transition to democracy: the presence of an appropriate level of national unity, political will for a democratic transition and a real struggle for democracy. Based on a massive sociological survey conducted within the framework of the Swiss-Ukrainian project, the article analyses the state of citizenship of Ukrainians through the prism of developing their patriotic attitudes. The authors make a theoretical attempt to combine the notions of “citizenship” and “patriotism” with a view to their mutual informative reinforcement in the new model of citizenship patriotism. It is determined that the most integrative potential for the successful completion of democratic transit in Ukraine is a model of citizenship patriotism, based on a high level of citizenship competence of individuals (which implies a well-grounded positive assessment of the national realities, the attitude of conscious fulfilment of civil duties and active position of citizens in the field of protection of public interest).
139 Напрями розвитку соціально відповідального бізнесу / Directions of the development of socially responsible business (in Ukrainian) (DOI: 10.47451/soc2022-04-01) , Tatyana O. Dulik, Tatyana Y. Alexandriuk, Dmytro S. Poliskyi
The article is devoted to the study of the actual processes of functioning of socially responsible business, its role as a subject of the modern democratic state of sustainable development, in solving social problems. The basis for the formation of corporate social responsibility of business and factors that contribute to or hinder the implementation of its initiative are clarified. The purpose of the article is to summarize the directions of development of socially responsible business and justify the possibility of adapting the Corporate Social Responsibility initiative in Ukraine in the context of dynamic changes. The methodological basis of the carried-out researches was general theoretical approaches and philosophical methods of scientific knowledge: induction and deduction; historical; analysis and synthesis; systematic approach; method of expert assessments and generalizations, etc. The information base of the study was the current regulatory and legislative acts on the formation of state social standards and state social guarantees in Ukraine, official analytical and statistical materials, monographic and periodicals of domestic and foreign scientists. In particular, modern trends in the implementation of socially oriented principles in the activities of business structures in Ukraine were investigated by T.P. Gitis, A.H. Zinchenko, A.M. Kolot, N.V. Losovska, K.P. Lyashuk, M.A. Saprykina, L.S. Seliverstova, O.O. Trut and others. Among the foreign authors, whose works on this topic are of considerable interest, should be called I. Alon, K. Yeh, A. Carnegie, A. Carroll, M. Kitzmueller, Ph. Kotler, C. Lattemann, W. Leoński, N. Lee, S. Li, G. Fioretti, М. Friedman, M. Fetscherin, J. Shimshack and others. These sources provided a generalization of scientific approaches to the definition of the concept of “socially responsible business”, clarification of problematic issues that require urgent solution and barriers that prevent an increase in the level of social responsibility of business in Ukraine. The authors analyze modern models of corporate social responsibility management and the possibility of their adaptation to domestic conditions. In particular, it may be the use that is most acceptable for the Ukrainian post-war economy – a European model in which the practice of optimal state regulation is a priority, with appropriate social programs for social protection of the population.
140 Smart city ideas for a medieval fortress – Sighisoara (DOI: 10.47451/urb2022-01-001) , Daria-Petruţa Bratu
A smart city represents a caring urban area that uses different types of sensors to collect an electronic data in order to provide information that is used to efficiently manage its resources. The smart city concept comprises six major areas: smart environment, smart mobility, smart government, smart people, smart living and smart economy. This paper aims to present aspects of the urban development of Sighisoara that can be classified in the smart city category. Although it is a small municipality, with a population of 24,447 inhabitants, according to INSEE on January 1, 2020, and has its hearth located on one of the oldest historical localities in Romania, being at the same time a UNESCO site, it has been experiencing in recent years an application of smart projects in the field of urbanism. Without going into contradiction with the medieval vestiges of the municipality, in Sighisoara we try to intertwine the historical environment with the new technologies of the 21th century based on digitalization. The Internet of Things (IoT) is already present in the city by implementing programs in transport, infrastructure and parking. Projects are underway on the construction of smart residential complexes and the transition of digitalization to industry and agriculture. The new global challenge of SARS-COV-2 virus requires a more alert development of smart systems that help to comply with the rules imposed by the authorities without creating discomfort to citizens. The smart citizen is the most important tool in the fight against the pandemic. A citizen who learns to communicate with public authorities and institutions with the help of the internet, who pays his taxes and taxes online is one of the answers of technology to the problems raised by the COVID-19 pandemic. At present, more than 7 billion euros of European funds are available at EU level for the smart development of communities. Sighisoara is among the cities that have seen this development opportunity.
141 Femicide and child marriages in Turkey (10.47451/soc2022-09-01), Ayşe Muhtaroğulları
In Turkey, each day women killed because of the domestic violence and also families forced their children to marry before 18s. The legal age of marriage is 18, but also children can marry at the age of 17 and 16 with the permission of family and courts. (Unicef Türkiye). In addition, in Turkey both femicide and early child marriages are connected to each other. Both of them are results of the social biases, which are prejudges, stereotype, and the gender discrimination or the gender inequality. Because of the illiteracy, economic difficulties, education system, and political or government policies, Turkey fights with gender discrimination and early child marriages. The purpose of the study is to analyse the femicide and child marriage cases in Turkey by using the statistical sources to show that femicide and child marriages are one of the big problems of Turkey. The tasks of the study are to finish with the reasons of femicide and child marriages, and offer some solutions to those problems.
142 The phenomenon of “soft power” and its main problems in Russia (10.47451/pol2022-05-02), Sergey V. Lebedev
The concept of “soft power” has firmly entered into wide scientific use. Even more often this concept is used by politicians. Numerous scientific works of domestic scientists are devoted to the study of these reasons. However, it cannot be said that over the next decade, Russian social sciences have made great progress in the study of “soft power”. It should recognise that it is still premature to speak of any clearly formulated theory of soft power. The author of the article tries to highlight the problems of professional education of future artists in the field of Russian traditional art as one of the most important elements of Russia’s soft power. The author uses historical, comparative, formal-logical and contentlogical methods of scientific research. The logic of the article was determined by the following aspects: analysis of the main definitions of the concept and application of “soft power”; it is shown that the history of the use of soft power is much older than the appearance of the term soft power itself; the theory of A. Gramsci about “cultural hegemony”, which considers the use of soft power as the bonds of society, is considered; a good example of the use of soft power by such a country as Argentina is shown; the features of the insufficient effectiveness of Russia’s soft power are analysed.
143 Demo-totalitarianism: the Baltic version (DOI: 10.47451/pol2022-06-01 ), Sergey V. Lebedev
The purpose of the study is to define demo-totalitarianism as a social and political phenomenon in the independent Baltic countries at the present stage of development of the European community. The political history of many countries, including the Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), is distinguished by its originality, sharply distinguishing these countries from countries with a democratic regime. Quite democratic procedures coexist in the Baltic States, but at the same time, discrimination of so-called “non-titular” population is carried out. These regimes can be characterized as demo-tatotal. To achieve the goal set in the study and solve problems, historical-genetic, historical-comparative, actualization and chronological methods were used. In the course of the study, numerous archival and journalistic materials were used, which are freely available and do not violate the legal framework of the Baltic states. The author concludes that the change of the demototalitarian regime will not occur as a result of a people’s revolution, since the bulk of the “titular” Balts defend the status quo in order to at least see their significance in something. Due to geopolitics, the West will not notice human rights violations in the Baltics. Because of this, Baltic demo-totalitarianism will continue to exist in the foreseeable future. The author takes full responsibility for the complexity and political ambiguity of the research topic, therefore he defines it as purely scientific.
144 The development of coordination abilities in basketball lessons by applying the game approach (DOI: 10.47451/ped2022-06-01), Milena Aleksieva
In literature on sports most authors define agility as a human motor quality and as a function of the degree of development of other motor qualities. The relationship of agility to other motor qualities as well as to motor habits is undeniable. Swiftness, precision and sparingness by means of which complex coordination motor actions are mastered and performed are the concrete measurements of agility as a motor quality; they are also characteristic of the technique of the basketball game, since in it most movements are extremely open and versatile. The important role of anticipation largely requires special work with the complex system of nerve-related processes, which are dynamic and flexible to the external environment. This provokes the suggestion to develop perception, anticipation, decision-making ability, automation and consistency of activities by means of the game approach in the basketball lesson.
145 Contemporary aspects of geographical education in Bulgaria in the context of globalisation (DOI: 10.47451/ped2022-09-01), Rositsa Tsankova Vladeva & Ivailo Lyubomirov Vladev
The topicality of the researched subject is related to the intensified process of globalization in the beginning of the 21st century, which affects all spheres of life. This not only affects the policies pursued in them, but also leads to the formation of new sustainable moral values. The educational sphere is one of those that directly reflects the occurring changes in social attitudes and transforms them in the form of educational goals. In this way, globalisation processes implicitly influence the present and future generations of all countries in the world. The object of the research is related to the process of globalisation and the changes it causes in the geographical education in Bulgaria. The aim of the present study is related to the identification of the main directions of the process of globalisation of education and their impact on the contemporary geographical education in Bulgaria. In order to realise the aim, the methods of comparative analysis and content analysis are applied. To clarify the theoretical premises of globalisation of education we refer to the studies of F. Cornali, S. Tirocchi, M. Astiz, A. Wisemand, D. Baker; O. Stacey, G. De Lazzari, H. Grayson, H. Griffin, E. Jones, A. Taylor, D. Thomas, I. Mullis, M. Martin, Goh, T. Loveless.
146 Features of economic deformation due to the adoption of political decisions leading to the formation of economic crises of a synthetic secondary nature on the example of the sanctions policy of the European Union against Russia (DOI: 10.47451/ecn2022-08-01), Alexander Buychik
The economic analysis of political decisions is the most complex and complex due to the fact that in the course of the study it is necessary to take into account the specific features of political logic, which, in many respects, does not coincide with the implementation and transformation of economic laws and trends and puts itself above the economy. This leads to extremely negative consequences for states and regions. Political ideology, political will does not necessarily destroy the economy. Often, putting itself above the economy, it leads to the deformation of economic ties and the reduction of economic stability. Then economic crises of a synthetic secondary nature are formed, i.e., crises that could be smoothed out from the outset, subject to competent consideration of economic laws and international economic relations. The subject of the study is the sanctions economic measures of the European Union. The purpose of the study is to detect economic deformation due to the adoption of political decisions that lead to the formation of crises of a synthetic secondary nature. To achieve the purpose of the study and solve the tasks set, logical, historical, comparative and deductive methods of studying and analysing materials were used. The study used the documents of the European Commission, statistical data and publications of researchers in economic and political crises. The author concludes that the sanctions economic policy of the European Union, which also covers the EU candidate and partner states, for all its general logic, has five main and fundamental errors. These errors are so critical and obvious that they cannot contribute to the expected results. On the contrary, this sanctions policy helped Russia significantly strengthen its political position in the international arena and attract a sufficient proportion of Russian citizens to the side of the authoritarian government in order to start fundamental social transformations in the country aimed at distancing Russian society from the European community so that the principle of “sobornost” becomes again leading in social behaviour of the majority of Russians.

The purpose of this paper is to reflect on how to apply the research process for the elaboration of a theoretical explanation in studies on performance management and management control systems. This is important because ambitious theoretical research tends to require explanatory study results, but previous research frameworks provide little guidance on this, potentially facilitating poorly defined research projects and a lack of common vocabulary and criteria for study evaluation. The methodology was undertaken by an examination of the literature to review empirical studies dealing with PM in excommunist countries in the EEC. Its illustrated framework and application make the systematic logic of the research process visible and accessible to researchers. The authors explain how the framework supports the shift from empirical description to theoretical explanation during the research process and where the three levels could open up spaces for positioning new practices and conceptual and theoretical innovations. The framework provides guidance for a research explanatory design and a theory-building purpose, and has been developed in response to recent industry criticisms that highlight the large gap between cutting-edge practice and the delayed state of theory. It offers interdisciplinary vocabulary and evaluation criteria that can be applied by any researcher in accounting and management, whether it pursues critical, interpretive or positivist research and whether it primarily uses qualitative or quantitative research methods. 149 Specific functioning of human capital of the medical industry (DOI: 10.47451/ecn2022-10-04), Viktoriia Kolomiiets
The peculiarity of this study is a comprehensive look at the chosen topic from the standpoint of economics, psychology, and medicine. The qualitative characteristics of human capital in the medical industry differ from those already defined in other industries. The medical industry and human capital are seen as areas of constant development. They require systematic analysis, careful study by scientists, acquisition of new knowledge. This study is aimed at determining the specifics of the functioning of human capital in the medical industry. This will make it possible to analyze the human capital of the medical field and propose directions for its development and improvement of its competence. Characteristic and specific features of the medical field have been studied. It is emphasized that the state of the medical industry is noted as negative. Funding of the medical industry is insufficient. The medical industry works as a single space with close connections between the population, employers, and the state budget. The specificity of the functioning of the human capital of the medical industry is determined by the specified features of the health care system, the internal and external environment of the medical industry. Accordingly, human capital belongs to the medical field and has specific features, functions in an internal industry environment with certain characteristics. The study made it possible to determine the specifics of the functioning of human capital in the medical field in the next points: psychological stress, high degree of responsibility, intensive work; violation of the physiological state of medical personnel; professional burnout; the development of human capital in the medical industry requires the automation of the workplaces of the personnel of the medical organization, the improvement of the level of information support of medical workers; inconsistency in the tasks of structural restructuring of the health care system; low degree of social protection of medical personnel; the need for continuous professional growth of medical personnel; the need to introduce new payment methods; using the joint responsibility of medical professionals and the medical community to each other.
150 Analysis of the regional budget of the subject of the Russian Federation on the example of St. Petersburg (DOI: 10.47451/ecn2022-10-05), Alexander Buychik & Nina N. Gontar
The analysis of the budget of large urban systems is an important component of the general analysis of the state of the state economy. More than 5,376 million citizens officially live in St. Petersburg. Taking into account temporary residents and those who come to work from the suburbs, this number increases to 6.5 million people. The turnover of organisations in St. Petersburg by the end of 2021 amounted to more than 21,382 billion rubles, which is second only to the turnover of organisations in Moscow, one of the largest cities in the world. Retail trade turnover in January-December 2021 amounted to 1,875.4 billion rubles, which amounted to 4.78% of the retail trade turnover in the entire Russian Federation. The study purpose was to analyse the regional budget of the subject of the Russian Federation on the example of St. Petersburg. Analytical, logical, historical, comparative, and statistical research methods were applied to achieve the set goal and solve the problems. The study used both legislative and statistical material, as well as analytical work of researchers in statistics. The result of the study was an assessment of its financial stability using the V.V. Ivanov’s method. This material will be useful for analysts, scientists, researchers and students working in the field of economic statistics and strategy and also to analyse the changes in the economy of St. Petersburg in the conditions of sanctions pressure.

152 Application of a letter of credit in the fuel business (DOI: 10.47451/ecn2022-05-01), Daniil I. Piskarev
Trade in petroleum products has specific features that radically distinguish this type of business from other foreign trade transactions. Working in the fuel business is very difficult, because the spot market is very volatile. Almost every contract exceeds the approximate cost of 2 million dollars US. Also, it should be remembered that oil is taken into account in barrels during production, but in trade it is taken into account both in barrels and in tons. This article discusses the important elements that make up foreign trade contract work in the fuel business, as well as the use of a letter of credit in oil trading. The purpose of the study is to show in practice the use of a letter of credit and its role in the fuel business. Currently, a small number of scientific papers have been published on the application of a letter of credit in the fuel business. The author concludes that in the fuel business, haste will be a bad helper in the conclusion and execution of contracts. Details that are overlooked, even the most insignificant and unprincipled, can become an obstacle when disclosing a letter of credit.
153 Stakeholders’ trust in the global performance information of companies applying integrated reporting: pros and cons (DOI: 10.47451/ecn2022-10-03), Brînzaru, S.-M., Grosu, V., Socoliuc, M., & Petrescu, C.
Integrated reporting (IR) is the latest form of corporate reporting that has radically changed the communication way with stakeholders by integrating financial and non-financial information into a single report. The main purpose of this paper is to evaluate stakeholders’ trust in the global performance information provided by companies that have already adopted IR. The objectives of the paper are to establish the role of stakeholders in the context of IR adoption, assess the global performance of companies applying IR from the perspective of stakeholders and to identify possible causes that negatively affect stakeholders’ trust in the performance information of companies applying IR. The results can be found in the conceptualization of seven econometric models in the form of indices that evaluate the credibility of stakeholders in the context of adopting IR from the perspective of evaluating the performance of these companies. These results are useful to stakeholders, companies that have adopted or will adopt IR because they provide an opportunity to assess the global performance of companies from a stakeholder perspective and involves the credibility of the information provided through an integrated report.
// The relationship between geography and history as two of the oldest sciences dates back to the beginning of scientific knowledge. For many scientists, even today, these two sciences are not accepted as inextricably linked. Attempts to develop separately led to their backwardness and the inability to help each other. The research aims to show the importance of geography in historical education and practice in Bulgaria. The study requires the use of methods, which are diverse and not necessarily purely geographical. The most important are the descriptive, comparative, and historical methods. The conclusion is related to the introduction of geographical disciplines in history education in higher education institutions in Bulgaria. It is is very important. Historian students in their school and university education have insufficient geographical training.
155 A proposed approach to enhance user PIN in the mobile money ecosystem in Ghana (DOI: 10.47451/inn2022-11-01), Kelly, A. E., & Palaniappan, S.
The use of only numeric numbers as the base for the USSD PIN rather than alphanumeric was one of the security risks in the USSD mobile money services. The study objective is to assess the security threats posed by user PINs in the mobile money banking ecosystem and to enhance the service quality of the existing mobile money service with its high level of security threats prone to the mobile money industry. The study aims to shed light on the consumer acceptability requirements for mobile banking in particular areas of the consumer usage pattern, which will inform the industry players to strengthen such areas in consumer interest. This will help both the telecoms to understand the individuals and customise services based on the service needs of users of their product. This will aid the operators to cut costs and help improve the security infrastructure in other countries to cover to rope in more users, and to serve the unbanked in the hinterlands of the country. There is a growing demand for the adoption of mobile money services in Ghana. However, there is insufficient research to understand the risk associated with the adoption of the service. It is on this trend that, the study sought to reveal and understand the threat in the nature of user PIN used in the mobile money service. This study encapsulates, with the extension on demographic scope, which included workers, students, employed and unemployed who have adopted mobile money services the study adopted an exploratory method, to understand the main threats of the user PIN in relation to the mobile money application adopted in Ghana. This also included a survey question for users’ responses on the nature of use. The study included 57 participants to uncover the vulnerability of users’ PINs in mobile money services. The study’s findings revealed that the length could be increased. The current size of the PIN stack was set to four for convenience and user-friendliness, with little thought given to the threat such a length could pose in financial transactions involving mobile money banking. The mobile money PIN solution provided will enable users not to be worried n about their accounts should users end up losing their handset and otherwise potentially harm their handsets because the merchandise is completely secure. The system is safeguarded by cutting-edge secure authentication, but also users’ funds are always secure because each transaction requires a secured alphanumeric password. The mobile payment process delivers individual clients with enhanced security but also lowers the need of carrying physical money but also ensures easy prompt payment of transactions of utilities. Individuals utilizing such services will manage to pay one’s bill payments from the comfort of their place of arbour and making it even easier to do so. The use of only a numeric key for PIN was far more convenient for users, but it also made them more vulnerable to attacks. The standard PIN length in the current USSD mobile money application was four numeric keys. The indication was that the PIN length was too simple for a simple system to break through. The study proposed solution where mobile money users can increase their user PIN to six characters, and include alphanumeric keys. The study will help reduce the increasing threat of mobile money fraud in the FinTech industry.
156 Development of new mathematical methods and algorithms for verifying the adequacy of mathematical models of objects based on data from a natural experiment to determine the functional stability area (DOI: 10.47451/inn2022-12-01), Buychik, A., & Komissarov, P. V.
The relevance of the development of applied mathematical modelling, which includes numerical methods and software packages in its problem area, its importance for the entire economic activity of the country as a whole, is due to the intensive digitalisation and computerisation of all technological chains of production processes. The integration of production support and various databases, as well as all parts of production and their effective management, require the development of comprehensive research of mathematical methods for modelling production processes. To date, mathematical modelling is applied to calculations of the financial stability point function, which does not fully reflect the variability of the predicted consequences, and consequently, the set of measures to preserve this stability. Due to the complication of production and economic relations, the need for modeling and calculating the area of financial stability, i.e., a set of marginal and non-marginal indicators, under which the economic condition of the enterprise will be considered to be acceptably stable, is actualised. The scientific problem is that mathematical modelling of production and economic processes does not provide for a wide variability (set) of indicators of financial stability as an area, which prevents flexivity in the economic activity of the enterprise. The scientific novelty of the work consists in the development of a method and algorithm for determining the financial stability area of an economic entity. The purpose of the study was to create a mathematical apparatus for calculating the financial stability of an enterprise. In the course of the study, the works of leading scientists and researchers in mathematical modelling and business processing, as well as the works of the authors of the article in this field were used. The authors presented a methodology for the development of quantitative indicators and, based on it, a methodology for mathematical modelling of calculating the financial stability area as a mathematical system that includes all eight main coefficients accepted as parameters of financial stability, and considers the limits that correspond to the economic indicators of the stability of the enterprise.
157 Changes in the structural organization of spleen during short-term exposure of monosodium glutamate (DOI: 10.47451/med2022-11-01), Garapko, T. V., Mateshuk-Vatseba, L. R., Holovatskyi, A. S., & Foros, A. I.
Monosodium glutamate is one of the most common food additives in the world. Its effect on the organs of the immune system is not sufficiently studied. The article presents and analyzes the data of an experimental study conducted on 40 white male and female rats of reproductive age (2.5-3.5 months old) weighing 125-195 g. The purpose of the study was to study the histological, morphometric and ultrastructural changes of the spleen under conditions of exposure to monosodium glutamate for four weeks. An experimental group of animals (10 male rats, 10 female rats), which was on a standard vivarium diet, was given monosodium glutamate at a dose of 0.07 g/kg of rat body weight every day for four weeks. In animals of the intact group, the structure of the spleen corresponded to the species norm. In the experimental group of animals, after four weeks of exposure to monosodium glutamate, an immunoinducing effect was observed with increased proliferation of activated lymphocytes and their further differentiation into plasma cells. There is a significant increase in the relative area of the germinal centers of splenic lymphoid nodules and the outer diameter of the central artery of the spleen. Arteries with a thickened wall, their lumen is full of blood. Degeneratively changed erythrocytes are located around the vessels. The veins have a deformed shape, are dilated, the lumen is also full of blood. The share of active macrophages, apoptically changed cells increases. The red pulp is full-blooded, filled with hemosiderin. Therefore, even a short-term daily exposure to monosodium glutamate, namely four weeks, causes changes in the structural organization of the spleen.
158 Religionisation of politics, culture and economy of the modern world (DOI: 10.47451/pol2022-11-01), Lebedev, S. V., & Lebedeva, G. N.
The end of the last 20th and the first two decades of the present 21st centuries were marked by an amasing social and cultural phenomenon – a sharp increase in the role of religion in all spheres of human life. In politics, economics, culture, the religious factor plays a significant, and in many regions of the Earth, and a determining role everywhere. This phenomenon became to be unexpected for most scientists, and even for many traditional religious figures. Such influential philosophical systems of the 19th and 20th centuries as Positivism or Marxism also proceeded from the fact that religion is just opium for the people. Liberals regarded religion only as a private matter of the individual, but not a matter of society. Even conservatives viewed religion as part of the great historical tradition of their country, but not as something giving the world a transcendent idea. The secularisation of culture and politics, which began in Europe around the 17th century, seemed gradually to lead to a natural result – the complete disappearance of religion – under the influence of European culture and Western colonialism on all other continents. Since the 1970s, philosophers and political scientists have been talking about a religious renaissance in many regions of the world. The subject of the study was the religious sphere of the modern world with the rise of the Islamic movement and the Islamic revolution in Iran. The object of the study was the processes for religionising politics, culture, and economics of the modern world. The purpose of the study was to present the main patterns of the religionisation of politics, culture, and economics of the modern world. Historical, logical, analytical, and comparative methods were applied to achieve the purpose and solve the tasks set in the study. The authors used the works of prominent scientists and researchers, including A.J. Toynbee, U. Beck, P. Nolan, G.E. Lenski, C. Hackett, and E. Smith. Based on the study, the authors conclude that the resistance to globalisation under Western conditions has many directions, among which the inconspicuous protection of national culture and its spiritual basis – traditional religion – stands out. It is not by chance that not only philosophers, but also sociologists and cultural scientists started talking about the “return of ethnicity”. It is the real threat of dissolving into mass Americanised culture that motivates many citizens to turn to the sources of their national culture in principle.
