The tradition of being the state of the ancient land called Iran is a result of 3000 years of historical and political accumulation. Since the beginning of history, many civilizations appeared in Iran geography, and several states established and collapsed. Within this cycle, every single civilization have contributed to culture and political structure of its successors.  As a country, having a strong state tradition, Iran's acquaintance with Western intellectual and political culture started in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Thereafter, Iran has endeavored to find a common ground between itself and modern system in terms of historical, linguistic and literary works. The political events and radical changes occurred in this process have taken place in literature and art. This innovative understanding, owes its origins to the West, necessitated a change in poetry in addition to literature and art. 2 ÂŞIK TARZI ŞİİR GELENEĞİ İLE DİVAN EDEBİYATI ŞİİR GELENEĞİNİN SÖZLÜ/YAZILI KÜLTÜR BAĞLAMINDA ETKİLEŞİMİ , Mesut UĞURLU
In the history of mankind, there was no other recording tools and opportunities other than human memory until the writing comes into being. There was no recording tools other than the mind/memory which executes the transfer function. Therefore, the type and shape characteristics of folk literature were formed in “oral culture” environment. Due to the necessity and requirement, oral culture has gone through various stages and replaced by written culture. After the invention of the writing, the influence of oral culture has not completely disappeared with the influence of written tradition. Both traditions have coexisted for a long time. Until the written culture, verbal culture works were preserved by transferring poets from language to language. Although these works are now completely protected, there are cases where the written works have been transferred from language to language through oral culture and subsequently registered in writing. Some of the poems recorded by minstrels had travelled in oral culture for a while and then they were kept in written culture. Minstrel Style Poetry Tradition and Divan Literature Poetry Tradition have given works in the Ottoman geography for a long time.  In this process some divan poets entered in the field of syllabic poetry which was dominated by minstrel style, some minstrels performed poems with aruz prosody written by divan poets. In this study, Minstrel Style Poetry Tradition and Divan Literature Poetry Tradition, two important traditions of Turkish Literature, have been studied in the context of oral/written culture. In this context, prosodic poems issues have been tried to be determined.
3 ELİNİN HAMURUYLA ERKEK İŞİNE KARIŞAN BİR ŞAİRENİN, GÜLTEN AKIN’IN POETİKASI   , Elvan YILDIZ
In this study, poetics of Gülten Akın who is one of the leading poets of Turkish literature of the Republican Era is discussed. Her study named “Şiiri Düzde Kuşatmak”, collecting her proses and conversations, is used as the basis for our review. One of the most important elements that constitute Gülten Akın’s poetics is the cultivation of her poetry by folk culture and literature. Gülten Akın’s poetry traces Pir Sultan, Yunus Emre and Karacaoglan. Akın defines poetry as a rebellion since she is a socially conscious poet. Hers is not a propaganda poetry but has power to transform masses. Nourishing her art with her life but refraining from reflecting life into art just as pure reality, Akın perceives art as a magic tool which transforms reality and expresses life by translating it into poetry. Akın opposes integration of values of the West and Turkish society without paying regard to cultural distinctions as a result of misconceived Westernisation. It is cultural exploitation when Western values are imposed on Turkish society behind the discourse of universalisation. Akın who is referred as a female poet does not deny the decisive influence of her gender on her poetry although she opposes to the gender-based delimitations on her poetry. Voice of the women of every social class exists in her poems. Feminine grace identifies her discourse. Instead of being referred to as a female poet, she emphasizes that her poesy comes before her gender and she features her identity as a humanist poet by favouring all the oppressed.  Akın went after contemporary poetry by rising on her own cultural values.

The topic of this article is the dialectical features of independence work in the texts of fiction. Local features in artistic texts should be recognized as an integral part of the general public dictionary and considered one of the moral wealth of our people. Individual work on the dialectic in literary texts over years is important for the impact of literacy on linguistics and ethnology; as well, the general dialect of Kazakh linguistics, and the dialectic of literary language. Creative art is much more common than literary language because it includes both the dialectical and verbal language; as well, the unique use of the author. In art, the author uses all abilities of the national language to make the object widely visible, but its place must also be present. Therefore, artistic work plays a role in the formation of the literary language norms and language culture. On the other hand, the art of creation adds meaning to the norm of the literary language. Together with the language of art, it shows a language with real language problems. Therefore, the study of the dialectical use of art is related to linguistics. For this purpose, this article analyzes dialectic style, local characteristics, dialecticism, characters and the use of language in artistic works published in years of independence.
