Abstract


Intra ventricular haemorrhage without intra parenchymal bleed is very rare with poor outcome .It accounts for 3.1 % of all intra cranial haemorrhages .Hypertension is important predisposing factor with high mortality rate 41 80 % Here we are reporting a case of 40 years old male who had spontaneous primary intra ventricular haemorrhage without neurological deficit recovered completely with conservative management.
